You are correct. I had him confused with Brett.

But, I still thought he had retired years ago.

Easily done! Honestly he has pretty much been retired other than few times.

He did run several races last year, but his best finish was 30th at the Ford 400. From what I've read on Jayski, Bodine says that he races to win, and I can understand that he isn't racing if he can't get the funding for quality equipment to win races, though he was supposed to have backing for 15 races from Luke & Associates for this year.

I don't really think that he would have been able to win a race this year anyways. Maybe a top 5 and a couple of top 10 finishes with good equipment, but no more.

Best wishes to all racers and teams this weekend at Kansas. Nationwide today; Cup tomorrow.

Looks like it's Sadler's championship to lose. Stenhouse keeps shooting himself in the foot.

Edit: And then THAT happens!

Got to admit I LOL'd at Kyle running out of gas on the last lap.

Dumb move by Stenhouse with Logano but one heck of a recovery.

I say the racing gods are still angry at Busch over last year's Truck race "incident" at Texas. 👍 Stenhouse is definitely somebody to watch next year in the Cup series.

At least there will be a legitimate rookie in Cup next year.

Yeah, I still miss the days when there was an actual battle between good drivers for ROTY though, the last year I can remember was 2006 when Bowyer, Hamlin and Truex were all rookies.

2007 was pretty good, the drivers didn't turn out to be the best (Montoya, Menard, Regan, Reutimann & Allmendinger) but the race was close, with only 86 points separating 1st and Last

Man, this new pavement has no grip. First Mears gets tight and hits the wall, and now Kyle Busch spins off of turn 4.

EDIT (3:57 PM): Jimmie Johnson hits the wall and spins. And people say that this year's championship is his.

I can't believe people keep saying that Johnson already has this championship locked up. At the same time, this season is still far from over.

Changed the channel, and what do I see? Danica wrecking a guy for passing her!

What an idiot.

Typical Danica.

And how the hell did Johnson get back near the front? His car is a mess!

When she inevitably comes crawling back to Indycar, I sure hope that Andretti doesn't can Hinch.

Though, because this is Michael Andretti we're talking about, it'll happen.

Apparently the Landon Cassill bumped into her earlier in the race, and she tried to retaliate.

Not only does Tony need to teach her to drive, he needs to teach her how to wreck someone, and how to save a spinning car.

Well does Andretti really need her when (surprisingly) Hinch is also bringing in that Godaddy money?

Ever notice how Danica always hesitates before every interview?

Something involving Tony Stewart brings out the caution.
