Only other way would be with lolRCR.
TBH, I don't understand why Penske took the Ford deal. Now instead of getting all of the Dodge money with a top of the line in house engine shop, they are the new RPM with an out of house engine deal run by a rival team.

Honestly, what choice would they have had? No one else had any interest in Dodge and when the only other team with a Dodge is a 1 car operation that hardly qualifies into the race, there's not much data sharing. Even the former Dodge teams either went Ford or Chevy.

Of course, there's also the possibility that the higher ups very likely felt this was far better allocation of resoursces.

Edit: Just great, Sadler is done. 2nd year in a damn row and the same damn car and the same damn corner. You are completely useless, sadler :indiff:

Stenhouse will be your 2012 NASCAR Nationwide Series champion.

And with that, I'm done with Nationwide for this year. Last year, he had partial blame. This year, its all his damn fault. He screws it up in qualifying and takes himself out of the race. I give up on Sadler. Watch him do the same thing when he heads over to JGR.

And yet again, Logano wins. :yuck:

As much as I wanted Vickers to win, I'll take Joey winning over Stenhouse. I'm already pissed at Sadler for driving like an idiot so I would've just exploded if Stenhouse won, I was already livid when he wrecked Logano and won weeks ago.

Watching the West series race now.

People actually want Vickers to win?

:ill:

Yeah I know, last person you'd expect anyone to cheer for but since him not having a ride after the crap he pulled at Red Bull slapped some sense into him and he's actually managed to finish races and not wreck people and throw a childish fit, Yeah I kinda don't mind him winning. Might as well since I cheered for an idiot who didn't learn at all from last year to win a title.

Edit: Crew Chief for Chase Elliot is (Wait for it)...Lance Mcgrew. WTF :ill:

You only got one race to miss! Sadler is a likeable guy with talent but doesn't relax at times. It's what has helped Ricky do what he has done, don't force issues ans stay calm.

I really didn't get why he was pushing Justin knowing the corner issues they had already. He would have got by Cole if he was a little patient.

Now watching last week's East Series Race, nice surprise by Speed There 👍

Edit: Wait a Minute, Rockingham has two pit roads? Didn't even notice that before.

Unless they added one in, Rockingham never had a second pit road.

Edit: Didn't know there was an auxiliary pit on the backstretch.

I don't consider a guy "likable" when he constantly curses out his team on the radio.

Well then, I think you'll despise most of the Cup drivers and thats not including the Busches or Harvick.

Rockingham always had two pit roads. The second one wasn't used though after the lengthening of the front stretch pits.

Martinsville, Darlington, Bristol (still does) and I believe Richmond also have/had two pit roads.

The more ridiculous thing? North Wilkesboro (smaller than all of them) had only one pit road.

Wow, so Larson won because Mofett threw it away by driving into the car on the outside. Somehow not surprised considering he's over aggressively driving into someone everytime to try and win a race. Maybe if he stopped driving like that, he'd have a championship by now.

What is said on the radio I really don't take much offense to because it can be frustated during a race for whatever reason. Venting is part of it and what is said between a driver/crew should be private because even though people can listen. It's the same concept you are venting to someone to blow off steam not so much bad mouthing them.

I'm open to being proven wrong, but getting engines from Roush seems like a huge mistake.

How so? Once the Engines come in from RYE, penske can tune them themselves. Hell I wouldn't be surprise if Penske becomes the number #1 Ford team in a couple of years!

Even those really bad years that Jr. had a few seasons back are better than Danica will ever do, so yeah, a replacement is needed before there's any chance of 4 SHR drivers in the Chase.

The financial backing that SHR will have they wont have to rely on Hendrick anymore for engines in a few years. They can deal directly with manufacturers, attract the top names in engine development to work for THEM, not Hendrick, etc...Stewart's whole goal with SHR from the beginning was to eventually become completely self reliant. The initial partnerships with Hendrick were to get them up and running and competitive. Stewart Hass racing will be what Dale Earnhardt inc was supposed to be!

I understand that it's pretty common, but "most" is definitely an exaggeration. Out of the drivers I've listened to on the radio a substantial amount, the breakdown looks like this (I included a couple of the Nationwide drivers for completeness):

Lots of criticism of team: Hamlin, Stewart, Biffle, Harvick, Busch, Busch, Sadler, Dillon
Polite to crew on the radio (if not necessarily to other drivers): Keselowski, Kahne, Bowyer, Kenseth, Gordon, Johnson, Truex, Earnhardt, Patrick, Martin, Edwards, Stenhouse

Now, considering that the drivers I've listened to are also some of the more successful ones, I wouldn't be too surprised if the ones who run worse each week express more displeasure with their team. But I think it would be hard to argue that more than half of Cup drivers regularly spew vitriol at their crew.

Oh, certainly, I think there's plenty of room to argue that for some drivers/crews, it's just their modus operandi, and the sharp criticism "works" as a way for the driver to vent and/or for the team to get fired up. But that's a separate question from likability, IMO. I just don't like angry people, plain and simple.

More people should be like Carl Edwards over the radio.
"Hey, Bob...... I think the engine is going away......"
"*sigh* Okay Carl, bring it on in :( "
"APRIL FOOLS! :dopey: "

I guess likability could be used loosely as he hasn't ever seemed to rub me wrong. There are only 2 guys in Cup that urk me (Stewart/Harvick/Logano) but that's awhole different deal all together. Todd Bodine/Brendan Gaughan both get under my stick with **** the say then do same crap to other guys or run off before talking to driver/see replay.

One more time around Phoenix this season for Cup. Everything is all shaping up in all three top NASCAR series for the finale at Homestead. Best of luck to all teams and drivers competing at Phoenix as the 2012 season nears its end.

Brad and Jimmie both look very fast in the early going.

Edit: And Brad stalls leaving the pits... he's now behind Jimmie.

Lap 1 backstretch.... cable completely shuts down. I think that's an omen that I shouldn't watch this race.
