I had an idea for a part timers championship. Total points divided by the number of races competed (of course you'd have to do it at the end of the champship but you know) I'd be happy to take management of part timers 👍 I might even run an unofficial room for the lads who cant get in!

And race averages means that if you win one race then you win the title
I do hope dropped scores mean a closer championship this time though.

Oh wow, I was really hoping to be full time, and when I sign up for full time I make sure I attend every race. I've never signed up for anything full time and not attended every race. If you already have 15 full time slots filled then that means the 16th slot will either be part time or pace car. With the amount of sign-ups you are getting for this season you should heavily consider running two divisions.
Anyhow I also found out my the name of my color, Nippon Poppy Red. I'm not sure about the color name of the rims though, it's the stock color.

Shouldn't really be necessary, I've told Furi that if we get 16 people to show up, we should get rid of the pacecar so we can get all 16 drivers on track. Usually a few people miss the race so there usually is room however. I doubt it'll be much an issue.
Plus the idea of running two divisions wouldn't work as cautions would screw up the total time. So its best to keep it at 1 room.

Edit, just realised a fix... Lock top 12 in points in the field, others qualify for the final three spots... So during week if someone messages me saying they want to do a lap. I will hop on gt5, watch there laps, and fastest make it through by Friday night?
Edit 2: Top 12 full timers from last season get top 12 for first two weeks this season.... Might work - would also ensure the fastest trucks get through.

Think so, if I set them to be done by say, 7.15pm (30 min before qualifying). If we don't get enough people qualifying i'll use championship pts to decide.
Top 12 from the season just finishing (S5) who are competing in this season, can be locked in first two weeks of this season - don't want it to be decided if you have a seat by a last lap Daytona wreck.
For the shootout, i'll prefer to have the confirmed full timers for this season, so I can gauge there progress. I'll update OP to reflect change now.

Couple last notes about Quali:
I'll (with their agreement) ask a couple established drivers if they can act as like a steward, so the other driver can message them and ask them to watch there lap. Simple setting is as though it's a race, set for 4 laps (3 for SSRX). One warm up, two flying, one warm down (or one flying lap for SSRX).

What I meant by that was that the two divisions would be separate. The total time wouldn't matter because the second division wouldn't have anything to do with the first division other than that it's NASCAR Trucks. Division 1 would be the regulars, and then Division 2 would be the overflow. Also, I think that there will be a Pace Car no matter what because the vote was 6 to 0 in favor in the poll on the other thread.
Furi, your Friend's List on PSN is full. Delete someone if possible and then send me an FR on there. Even though I'm signing up for back-up Pace Car, I still would like to race in the shootout race and if you get set up a second division for the overflow then I would want to race in that as well.
Are you going to have any break in sessions any time between now and April 19th?
