Haha mr chance my story of gt5 is almost identical i also stumbled onto a room hosted by one mr shamrock who became my first friend in the game lol. To be honest i was most relived to know i wasnt the only grown man playing gt5 lol. Good to see you on gtp sham. Sounds good rage im keen as unless the swells come down coz ill be at my fav snapper hole if it is pretty sure ive got a bmw setup at those specs already. Drinkin and smokin a must lol.
 
I think the one thing we can all agree on is the ship should only have one captain, so taking this in mind I have advise rager today that he is it and I'm out. Thankyou to each and every one of you for being in the series and can only hope you enjoyed the way I tried to run things. hopecto catch up with all of you soon on the track
 
Nup , not happening..... On another note , guess who just got a g27 and hooked it up on a new wheel stand ? :)

No problems hat was in that series but pulled out. Was asked of me to help out to put this on Saturday night as the race is not on Sunday. If a later time would suit then we could change time. Please let me know thank you

We have been talkin about defecting to the land down under for some time now and we have decided the time is right.If any of you guys know of any work going over there we would love to here from you. Cheers fellas. I know this is not the best place to do this sorry.

Woops , seems I have breached the site rules by advertising my new wheel stand :( I have now requested permission from GTplanet so will not be posting anymore links until I hear back from them. head over to NCR racing facebook page if you would like to view the demo video I uploaded last night. Im not trying to sell this to you NCR guys , Im hoping if you like it you may spread the link for me :) cheers
Undecided on what wheel to use now that I have a G27. The clutch and H-pattern is awesome !!!! but Im not sure how fast yet. Not overly impressed with the ffb on the G27. Its great , but not fantastic like I find the DFGT wheel to be. ATM I would like to use g27 shifter and pedals with the DFGT wheel .... You guys that have G27s or G25s , do you use clutch and H-pattern ?

TUNED RACE SATURDAY

This saturday night there will be a 500pp road going BMW race.
Any road going BMW NO RACE OR CONCEPT.
TYRES are sports soft.
off track real light pens low slip stream no damage.
This race will appox go for 2hrs mics on for sledging drinking a must.
room open at 7:30 pm old time. 10 mins grace 20 min qualifying 8pm race start.
will be my lounge so numbers are important.

I also beached site rules for poor grammar so try my best to clean up my act laugh out loud, Theres always room for you frutti hope to see you there mate.

I use a G25 and sometimes for fun will use the H-pattern & clutch with abs 0 and it is quite fun, but not for competitive racing unless everyone uses the same

Yes m8 have attached stubbie holder to it, works a treat. Have worn out clutch gotta hit it every time I have a mouth full

I agree mate. Ive been racing ghost cars with a mate, full manual and H-pattern. It feels awesome !!! but slow lol (laugh out loud):dopey:
It would be great if everyone used it but that's not gonna happen.... Just a luxury for ghost car racing me thinks

Great viewing there frutti , I remember him from the GPL rankings when I was racing GPL. Great to see sim racers getting a real life drive , just like GT academy. Seems like he has the skills but not the fitness , probably 10,000 similar storys to be told lol

So is nochance running/racing in this series any more?
 
That's because we have a great series. And loads of posts. Which will only get bigger. With running two race days to fit everyone in.
