I use photobucket and they have a app you can download. Its quick and easy, check the photos you want and upload then go to the picture and hit the I (information) in the corner and copy the img code and paste that into the post.

Yes, that car is extremely rare. I've been cycling the UCD forever now, just to find that thing. Still haven't found it. =/
I wish they would bring the red from GT2 back as well. Owning both the red and blue one was always a treat.

Indeed, the R390 GT1 Road Car (not giftable, by the way) is quite rare in the UCD. Those who want to know when it will next appear in their UCD can go here and find out.
