I gotta say....racing line always on, no manual, lack of mods apparently, no photo mode?, poor AI...holy cow this game sounds like a failure and representation of everything that's gone wrong in the car world of gaming. They seriously hyped this game up and now it seems like it was all marketing. Luckily, I will be getting my game for free on Tuesday, and once I try it out, I can sell it and make $$$ instead of contributing to EA crooks.

Sorry if I seem harsh. I'm just fed up with how terrible nfs has become since after Porsche Unleashed, and have been waiting for a street racing/Tokyo extreme racer type of game since ~10 years ago.

I think one of the worst things is that EA do absolutely nothing with the Porsche license.

Microsoft at least charge you money for the Porsche DLC in their games and then they actually give you content that sort of lives up to the Porsche name.

This is not how I want the Porsche license to be wasted... with no cockpit, with no manual... in THIS.

Been playing with EA access, This...game..is a massive disappointment(That's due to me setting my hype...through the roof), i'm sorry if my opinion conflicts with others... but when i jumped into a RX7 FD with an Amemiya kit, I expected a red line screamer... only for the game to shift at 6500 rpm...on a built Rotory.. i'm sorry but what?

Same with the Supra.... 6700 rpm... i don't even know what to say, a 1000 hp, Drag built supra, and it short shifts, i was expecting the sound of a Real Fully built monster supra... what i get is just a disappointment..

R34 6700 rpm...An RB26 with it's sexy Inline 6 starts to sing after 7000 rpm, then when it gets to 8500 rpm, it should snort and breathe fire...while bouncing off the redline.. 10k? 11k? ..even 12?

The sounds in this game are great, if not absolutely stunning, but there is just so much potential wasted on the fact you can not shift, at all, no banging off the redline, it's more of driving a manumatic in a rental car.

Funny enough you can buy a short cut gear box...and clutch

Meanwhile...The Crew Wild Run, now has clutch mapping for controler users... EA, Ghost...seriously take notes..

Now for videos of what could have(Should have) been.

Is racing line always on? I've seen videos where it isn't on and you're racing other cars. If so, then another fail from EA/Ghost

Uhhh what? Are you implying that the Underground era was the worst? Dude that was the reason why NFS became famous for. Not only because of supercars, but also because they were the first game series to feature urban car culture.

I'd like an option to not have any racing line and just rely on the minimap. Or have the arrow above the car, not on the road (it's very distracting).
I don't see how this is practical, when you're doing top speed in a race, I'm pretty sure you'll be more focused on NOT crashing into what's in front of you than a small minimal at the corner of your screen.

Looking at the videos about NFS2015's gameplays....it looks like the comments section is either filled with trolls or are they comparing this to sim racing games. For example they say NFS 2015's graphics looks like an Android game. Another example would have to be ughhh the handling sucks, Forza FTW.

Now I hope Theo teaches those trolls because IMO those opinions have zero validation. Yes you can make your opinion but please make sure its valid enough. Sorry for the rant.

I feel so out of the loop, but what's the deal with the online? I have a PSN account, but I don't pay for it. I only have three games for my PS4 and I see no reason to pay for my PSN account to play online. So am I screwed then for this game? I'm getting the feeling like it's a game that is single player / online mode.

You can play the game without PS+. You only need PS+ if you want to play with other players.

All of the negative things people are saying about NFS 2015 doesn't really bother me. I mean, I've played the closed beta for NFS 2015 and I thought to myself "Hey this game is not that bad honestly" I mean of course the AI may have been annoying in the beta but atleast the game was still playable besides all the connection problems the beta suffered. Car customization is really good and in my opinion better than the customization that we've seen in past installments and more professionally done. All the cars have different parts unlike in underground every car uses the same parts. And the graphics. Everytime I think about the graphics on NFS 2015, I feel like I'm playing a early 9th generation game. Honestly I've never seen a 8th generation game that looked this great.

I don't know if the AI is any different in the Xbox One trial. Ghost Games will probably sort out all of the problems in future updates. This is just my opinion about the game.

hail theo praise theo totally not getting paid off & focusing on the better bits hehehe wut

Okay I've played about 7 hours now and have reached Level 20.

I can't seem to figure out how to upgrade the exhaust sound - on my 450 HP Honda Civic there is only a different sound from the exhaust, when I choose the "long visual exhaust tip" but none of the other exhaust tips changes the sound?? Is that a bug??

Anyway just bought the BMW E46 M3 and even at stock the sound is simply amazing realistic! Stunning work by the audio team!

I don't know if it's because I'm from the Underground generations, but I can't stand to play the older NFS (anything until HP2) for some odd reason. Not saying that they're bad, I just can't seem to enjoy them.

I don't own a PS4 or a X1, so currently I'm watching a brazilian youtuber play it. I'm "enjoying" the game, the automatic only doesn't really make that much of a difference to me (even though I play MT on GT6) and the only thing that annoys me is the arrow on the road. I like Midnight Club system, arrow on top corner and you gotta rely on the minimap. I prefer that way.
