Yeah I think Ghost really are trying to make the best NFS they can but EA, well, being EA generaly...I honestly don't think Ghost made the decision. I'm aiming towards the publisher, Electronics Arses.

Exactly. Why are game devs pushing for "always online"?
Exactly. They don't need to check your copy every 🤬 time you play the game, unless they plan on spying on you.A simple online check when you first boot up the game would proabably suffice to check for piracy.
Maybe someone can create a petition for there to be an offline mode? That wasn't the devs' decision. Don't forget, EA owns the NFS franchise and Ghost are just a bunch of dudes paid by them to make the game, and make it on how they want it to be.

...oh dear God.

^ is what EA's typical reaction would be to that.
We should wait for E3 and see what they say.Maybe someone can create a petition for there to be an offline mode?
You need more details if you want to get anywhere.I have opened up a petition for people to sign,

I would say it is too late to create a petition.I have opened up a petition for people to sign,

Probably, EA Games keeps digging their grave even further down the groundI would say it is too late to create a petition.
Microtransactions is the reason why NFS World failed. Hopefully that was a sign for EA to change their ways.My personal subtitle for the new NFS is Need For Speed: 6 Feet Underground.
On topic: Glad to see EA is still being EA with forced online. Now how about that DLC and microtransactions?
If they don't listen, we can boycott the game when it comes out by not buying it if it doesn't have an offline mode.If it's too late then hopefully they hear the forum, Facebook, Twitter, etc. outcries.
Benefits such as microtransactions and F2P features? lol.

To be an 'effective' boycott we need more than a group of people on here. People are still likely to buy the game anyway if it doesn't have offline mode.If they don't listen, we can boycott the game when it comes out by not buying it if it doesn't have an offline mode.
People get shoveled so much 🤬 these days they think its normal practice. Its a sad state of affairs.Ain't going to stop all the kids from buying it because they think they're getting a new Underground so they can get respect for their riced JDMs.

Also is Dirt Rally any good though?
Exactly. Why are game devs pushing for "always online"?
I guess I was asking too much of EA. Unless they backpedal on this, I'm not interested.Don't 🤬 this up, EA and Ghost.
The question is, how dedicated is EA?There are dedicated servers for this game, but the internet connection only thing can't happen
