Could run in to trouble with online passes and in the future DLC as well, could also be legal issues which may increase the cost or create other barriers (it's likely that the cost is high due to import tax as it is).
I was sceptical going in to this game but I'm very happy overall with the single player experience. Though it may not be the longest in terms of getting to the top of the list (excluding friends) to get everything in the single player will take a good while. At first it did feel a bit odd in terms of physics, but doesn't take long to adjust but it remains challenging.
My only complaint really is the multiplayer matches, more specifically the lack of any sort of filter and the lack of online police chases of any variety (Hot Pursuit style). The other online features, centred around autolog and the leaderboards for nearly everything however are really good.
I just had my first fully fledged pursuit (i.e. trigger in free roam with the intention of wrecking them) which went up to heat level 6, it gets pretty damn awesome. I used a Raptor and just trashed them for a while up to around 50,000sp circling the freeway, jacked an Agera R from the side of the road and proceeded to almost immediately lose them by coming off the freeway and weaving my way through the canyons. I'm finding the slower cars much more fun then the hyper fast Agera/Veyron and such, similarly not using track tyres is alot more fun and both of these facts hold even more true in pursuits as you can drift circles around the cops and never get wrecked.
