I'm back!! Holy cow, we just go power restored today! It was a miserable week.
Anyway I played Most Wanted for the first time today and so far it's exceeded my expectations. The graphics look amazing on the 360 with great lighting and vfx!
I find the handling between BP and Hot Pursuit. I love that there's tons of atmosphere in this game. I love how the cars get dirty and smoke, dust kick
Up everywhere. Can't wait to dig further in.

Has anyone found the R35 yet? I'm looking for it everywhere...
Or do you need to win it?
P.S. : Found my code :D but still no manual :odd:

One Evoque's in Ripley's point, in that factroy area near the ZR1 sitting outside the repair station near the highway entrance. If you hit up that back area where the ZR1 is pointing out of, a Maserati is waiting behind the electrical units. Another Evoque is on the dirt bit that sits between the freeway lanes on the very far east side of town. The other one is in Mcclane; the one you really couldn't have missed. It sits in between the aston and Bac.

Also there's one like .1 mile away from the Mud Bath finish line to the right.

Thanks for confirming I'm blind & thanks for the locals. We need to attack each other online dude. Hit me up.

I picked this up for PC today; my god it is so much fun.

Is there anyway to turn off the HUD?

Crash into wall or vehicle. :sly:

Or play online.

I finally went online and I seriously hate how this game promotes takedowns on others. It's such a nuisance. Personal gripe, can't change the game, so I just give certain people a taste of their own medicine.... funny thing is, it's okay for them to hit others, but not okay for them to be hit. Some guy eventually left because I chose to show him what it's like to be pestered.

Challenges are short, and races are just reused routes from single player so I knew most of them off the back of my head by now and killed just about every race by a landslide. The competition is crud still.

Sucks I don't have access to the Shelby Cobra online. Would rock that baby for ages.

I'm really confused if on my cars I should use long or short gears, on the Ariel Atom 500 it's obvious that I would have to use long gears because the car tops on 250km/h very quickly. Should I really pay attention to the Acceleration and Top Speed bar and make my decisions from there?

Generally, I choose whichever has an overall better gain. Cars with lower top speeds I automatically give long gears. Stock is just fine, but I've been sticking to short more, since I never hit top speed unless I'm on the freeway, so I figured I may as well up the accel.

I found 100+ jackspots but not one for the Evoque. I must either be blind or unlucky.

Theres one in the refinery on Burke Road. 👍 @AOS, the Cobra unlocks at level 66 I think. Its a late unlock.

That is what I mostly do, on my post above I said that I used pro long gears on the Ariel Atom (it really needs it even though you are not on highways). But now let's take for example the Alfa Romeo 4C which was another car that I have maxed out since last night, if you look at the stats it has a very good acceleration and an OK top speed so in this case I shouldn't use the Pro Long Gears because honestly I don't think I ever reached the top speed in that car except when I was escaping from the cops on highways (I might need to do another performance test to see which mod I should use).

Anyone got the Focus ST yet, i've had no luck, on 110 jackspots

There's one around the northwest of the map, just off the freeway. Either that or it's the RS500, my memory's fady.

Got the game 3 days ago, been playing it quite a lot. God the game is good!
Haven't been online though, actually waiting for a day where I could play 4 hours straight to use the x2 SP.
And I've heard the way you unlock cars online is the typical level-by-level sort and not the jackspot unlocks?

Do you guys go for track tires or offroad ones, because from my point of view, the TTs give way little bonuses when compared to the OR ones, but then again, I might be wrong.

i switch in the race just incase

Hmm thanks Darren. I'll keep that in mind.

Does anyone actually do the 'customizing-your-car-on-the-run' thing?
Because if I ever do change parts during events, they either slow me the heck down or make me crash into a wall.
Anyway, the only time that that's relevant is probably when your tires get busted or something.

No, I never customize my car on the run. Silly option really. During a race or getaway I am busy with other things.

I change trans while drifting a corner.

How? :scared:
The only thing I can do is change the tires to reinflates since tires are the topmost tab.
Plus, it's really irritating when they show the stats of the car after you changed the part, blocking the entire screen, causing your car to be naturally attracted to the butt of traffic vehicles.

I have fast fingers & can look out the corner of my eye. The 2 most important mods are on the top & bottom. Easy button clicks.

It's not silly. Rather, it's too early to say that. It might actually be a viable option at your disposal. For example, if I know there's going to be a large area of off-roading, I'll switch to Off-Roads prior to it. Or if my tires get shot, all I have to do is equip another set of wheels instead of letting reflates do its thing. Granted I haven't tried switching Nitrous, body nor chassis on the go, they don't provide that great of a change than tires and transmission like Spoil-t said. And if you're going to learn to modify while driving, it's best to memorize the exact layout of the easydrive's mod menu so you can switch parts without having to think about it.

UGH. So much grinding to do. I'm only at level 30-something.
