Stay on topic.......Now as I was saying, in the thread about "Fastest FWD car" I mentioned that Cadillac made the fastest STOCK FWD car..not Quickest because quickest refers to 1/4 in my book..Fastest as in top speed...Which cadillac DOES make, No it's not the STS which i've never even heard of..And no it's not the CTS, which you're right..Is ugly...But it is a cadillac

Heh. No. It makes the most powerful stock FWD car. Duh. The Nissan Altima 3.5V6 obviously beats it, but I'd wager than stock Civic Si's do also.

It was in some thread, I forget; probably more than one. I don't feel like sifting through the thousand-plus posts you've made in the last month to find it. I think it was on the Drifters board.

Discussion is fine but you're pretty quick to call people "idiots" when you only know what you're talking about maybe half the time. It's not a great combination of behaviours destined to get you far in life.

So consider yourself warned now: ease back on the fighting, and show more respect for your fellow members.

You're counting the easy-to-remove electronic speed limiters? So it's not 'fastest,' it's 'fastest that a vehicle is limited to by their manufacturer?'

Lol..If you remove the electronic governor it's no longer stock is it?..Stock = Factory trim which also includes factory regulators and restrictors...meaning it's top speed is 125

Uh no. It would still be stock. In fact, my opinion is that the restrictors are a modification to the car preformed by the factory that limit the engine's true stock abilities.

By the way, you still haven't quoted a top speed on that STS.

Did you think I wouldn't read these? The page YOU posted says that the Cadillac is limited to 130 MPH. I beat it like eleven times by your brilliant 'not stock' logic.

Where do you live, Texas or Canada?
 
Lol..I'm sorry that I didn't give the page with all the of the aspects of the car...But the parenthesis show the car WITH the electroniclly limited speed because there are 2 STS packages...one that comes limited with V rated tires....if you get the STS with the Z rated tires the limiter is not included FROM THE FACTORY

Well I see ALOT of variating top speeds..I see 148 frequently 150 frequently and 153 frequently..but the Dodge site itself says 150...So i'll give you that....so then as OF 04 Cadillac had the fastest Stock FWD car...but now it's TIED for first..

20, and yes I know it's odd for a 20 year old to make a move over seas...But i've been planning this for quite some time now...So i've worked MOST of the details out..I.e. employment options, location, transportation,moving costs
