Looks really promising, not sure if it will make into GT5, but I think it will be in some games pretty soon, maybe2010?

Nice find. That would be nice if it was in GT5. You never know, 8 games in development right now that are using this program. Please PD

I think PD would do it themselves as they dont really like having other people helping them. They havent had any help on any of the GT games thus far and they have done a near perfect job. Any other company would have crumbled and asked for help with their physics or some other part of the game. :P

I guess something like this could really take advantage of the PS3's SPE's and there power. PS3 is supposed to be all about the realtime physics, at least that what all of the demos suggested way back before the PS3 was released.

Could be used to improve damage physics for upcoming racers.

Long read.

Looks more for action games then racing sims. IDK how that technology could work on a car..

Just keep Internal damage rather then body damage. No EYE candy, just ICON telling you that suspension is Fed up and as well feedback on the car becomes more bouncy or too smooth, something like that..

Oh i would take that also if we couldnt get the external damage. Reading that article just makes me wonder... You never know

Now CryTech 3 engine is coming out for PC consoles.

I still don't think PD will use that engine, Its more for Action games and shooters then Racing. We just need good internal damage! Internal damage can be done way faster then body damage, as well each and every car in GT5 would have it!!!

Especially with Pixelux being Swiss, not Japanese.

Neat technology (too bad The Force Unleashed wasn't a very good game), but I wouldn't hold my breath on it appearing in GT5.
