Finally, after I don't know how many 53.1xx efforts, I finally got a 52.958.
Kept either going for the natural inside line on the Ferrari (WRONG ANSWER!), or tying to be too clean around the outside. Finally had another decent lead up, and just pinned it hard around the outside, tail out and hoped for the best.

Saving that replay...
This is what I expected to happen - but I saw that inside line right in front of me and I took it, successfully for the first time ever, and got 52.967. You're right, you can't plan on it, but if it's there when the time comes, use it for sure.

For anyone still hammering this out, I think tc and abs on 1, sensitivity 7 made this more doable on ds3. Without traction control on, I lost a split second on the hairpins if the throttle control wasn't perfect.

I had TCS on 4, ABS 1.With TCS off or below 4, I found too much wheelspin with the DSC3.
There were a few cars that changed lines between runs, with made lining them up difficult. Amazed you got a good shot at the inside. I thought I did a few times only to get rammed in the front and fail....

For those still grinding, I golded passing the white Chaparrel into the hairpin, and the GT40 at the first of the left handers - just kept it tidy tip the lat left and nail the power around the outside.

I had runs that where better in lead up to the Ferrari, and still didn't gold...

OMG!!!!! I DID IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll tell you now, it's all about that 1st turn. Once you get to the point where you're coming up on the second car before the hill, you know you're in gold territory. That's what I learned about it. Just slow down a little earlier than you're used to on that first turn and take it as clean as you can. I seemed to lose the most time on that 1st turn if I messed up even remotely no matter how fast I went on the rest of the track since it sets you up perfectly for good passes on the rest if you come out blazing. Best advice I can offer.

cheers man any advice is good advice I've got a 53.150 now after changing my line on the first corner but taking the outside of the first car's making me restart constantly and messing the other parts up. I know i'll get it but **** losing the will to live haha

I did it on the inside so I know it can be done. I just got too frustrated with trying to take that outside line since there's so little room and I kept bumping that car or going off the track. I drafted what I could off him then took the inside line. I'm sure you can get more speed by going outside, but I was just happy to get the car.

yeah I've given up with the outside line, inside seems to work better for me. I give up for today though had enough. Meet you tomorrow morning nemesis.

That's it for me been trying this &),)&:;)/): forever, not enough numbers to count the attempts. Degrading, I fel like a beaten puppy
