That GT40's front bumper also looks slightly different, although it's mainly on the sides.

Maybe it is a new ford GT LM though seeing as it's got Gran Turismo liverys.

The only difference to the front of the Ford GT (not GT40) is the tow hook.

Maybe this is a race upgrade like GT2

I was thinking along the same lines. However it is perplexing that PD has used the older concept headlights. Further, both the GT40 LM 02 and this car share the number 4. Hmm

Ah, I forgot to tlanslate about wheel.

You can choose 4 type of wheel to match with tire.
I don't know the meaning, but maybe it has a wheel for
racing tire, rally tire, road tire or something like that.

It is the concept!! for sure, in racing modification, i think!! (PD isnt using the older concept headlights)
