NFL 2014 Season

Maybe the past two years Greg Jennings just couldn't put the team on his back.
The key word of the day is consistency. When you have a head coach that over the last two seasons was willing to throw four different starting QBs in the pocket, you are bound to not get any consistency between the QB and the receiving corps. of the team. One might argue that the Vikings were a run first team, but they got that way because they over-relied on Adrian Peterson.

But the reality of the situation in Minnesota is that they have a failure in the offensive line if the coach was willing to throw three separate starters under the bus. Dallas had that same problem a few years ago, but instead of changing QBs and hope that it stops the bleeding, they addressed the issue by way of the draft. Now Dallas has one of the best offensive lines in football last year, and guess what, we're intact for 2015. Minnesota? They are stuck on what will be bound to be their fifth starting QB in three years, and with no answer up front. If anything, that owner should fire his entire front office.

Latest buzz here in H-Town is that we got WR Cecil Shorts III and DT Vince Wilfork. I do like a lot of these new additions to the Texans and hope they can help keep the Texans competitive.

Whaaaaaaat. Yo what is going ON with San Francisco? The NFL is imploding, lol. So many guys giving up on the game.

San Francisco is making it hard to say that New England or Philadelphia have had bad off-seasons. The Niners are a mess. The Eagles are dysfunctional.

Or alternatively, I think the only appropriate action as a Niner fan is to laugh and then cry:

Seahawks DE Michael Bennett is seeking a trade to Atlanta as well as a new contract. Guess he wants to team up with Quinn.

Probably. They don't want him going to a division rival. That is unless the Bills did some sneaky poopoo and mega-frontloaded his contract. Cam Jordan was signed to upgrade Dion Sims, not Big Play Clay.
