Seriously! You want to ban the car now. :sly: Maybe instead of giving ban on left and right it would be better to learn how car behaves and try to be as fast as the guy who driving it.

Anyway i have my camera ready... HD ready 👍 So the race would last more than 40 minutes that's four video files put into youtube. No problem for me. Ill drive my Lancer Evo 9 and try to stay close behind the leader so should be great material to watch :) 👍
 
Well if we dont ban it I will be using it so watch out :lol:

And i dont think i will get all the races recorded more than likely just spa as i only have a 4GB memory card in my camcorder.👎

I have and watching it pull away on the straights and power slide round bends just puts a lump in my throat. The torque is amazing i'v had a go in it myself but it's a royal pain in the ass using a controller but i'm just an amateur.
 
I didn't realized that some one could use controller until this day. Sorry for that, but it's is true. For guys using controller is much harder to control any car not just Vette. I really cant imagine how you could handle CCX or Carrera GT, i wouldn't 👎

I've been thinking, we are talking about SPA endurance race in Nordschleife thread. Originally this was suppose to be racing at Nordschleife and it's still is. But since we decide to give it a go on SPA, in open category for 10 rating cars. I think we should not ban Vette. This is open category, not manufactures race. But you have a fair point, what should we do with Vette? It's really hard to make decision like this. But to be fare to newbies like Mohamu and LeftyWright69, i think we should sign an agreement not to use Vette as a to much advantage over other contenders.

I'm still sticking with Evo, or Audi TT which gives me more much fun from driving on SPA and lap times are far from Vette 2:23:xxx

Cars Like Evo 9, Subaru WRX, Audi TT, V8 Vantage are really close to each other. Vette simply crush them, even amateur would win with anyone of us using Vette against any other car.

Yea I agree there not to bad i was using my pad last night on ambush canyon with the Audi R8 and it wasn't to bad but i was playing in 3rd person perspective were i could see the behavior of the rear of the car I dare say it would have have been harder in bonnet view.

I think if you got the controller settings right you could use the controller quite effectively.

I did realize playing in 3rd person perspective view that a lot of my cars scrape off the floor and cause the car to step out.

Are we using nos on spa ?

Only one tank for 20 laps, so for me does not make any difference. If you aiming for top lap time, then it's fine with me 👍

2:23 W T F, man I can only hope that the Vette is Ill handling enough compared to my R8 that who ever used it runs off the track or gets the evil 5 second slap down multiple times, that kind of changes the skill component of the event. I hate having to wish bad luck on my competitors.

Anyway, didn't I won the first race?:)

Could you record all races? I'm interested about the second run, it was really close for a while, I was under a big pressure for 2 laps on the ring but when you went away from me I could see just the smog and the dust after you...:eek:

And what do you think abot my friend? Is he skilled enough for the league?
 
Nice to see that you manage to get under 7 minute barrier with that Audi. Any next race ?? But this time i will host the race. Yesterday couldn't get invited.

yes mate i managed to get all 3 races on video but not my pedal cam as i ran out of power due to all the restarts, i am loading them to you tube now.👍

My battery ran out on the 15Th lap so the end is missing i only just managed to get the charger plugged in and the camcorder turned on to record the results.

I looked on the video and a saw I was not so fair in some corners on the ring with you, i didn't see while we were racing.. Sorry mate!
After your video I learned a few corners and now i know i have to make much shorter break distances.. It was a good learn to me

Glad it helped you looked like you could handle the ring quite well there was just a few sections that you were on the brakes to early and i knew that was were i would gain some ground on you.
It was good race mate its bin a while since i had a battle on the ring.

Its good having the league as we all learn off each other to make our selves better and the videos just aid to that being able to watch other peoples lines and the way they tackle certain sections on a track can really help to better your skills and help you under sand other peoples driving style.

There pritty fresh on uploading so they will need time for picture quality to get better.
