Bruins are getting all of this seasons short-handed goals in this one game.

Well... that was tense!

Great game, despite the injuries.

Yeah 4-6 is the reasonable range, I'd probably gone to 6 too but hey, that's NHL suspensions for ya.

In other news Montreal says thanks for the Northeast division lead back!

Im actually happy that the B's lost. Just because of the Isles. I want to see them in the playoffs.

And congratulations for the X noober.

Between Montreal and Boston, whoever finishes 2nd in the division will probably be 4th in the conference and play the Leafs.

So, I'm not watching Bruins vs 'Canes, but I am keeping track of the score. How on earth are we not 3 goals up on them by now? Did half the team not show up?

Wild lost again(at least it was in OT), they've went from division leader to possibly missing the playoffs in two weeks.:grumpy:

Finally Dallas may have some solid goaltending. Dallas took over the 8th spot in the Western Conference with a win over San Jose, 2-1.

Dallas scored first in just 1:57 off a Eric Nystrom blast from 33 feet. Five minutes later, Dallas scored again on the PP as Alex Chiasson redirected a Ray Whitney shot off the near post and into the left side of the Net.

Richard Bachman was stellar behind Goal, stopping 31 of 32 shots. The only goal that he allowed was when Brent Burns scored off a rebound.

With the regulation win, Dallas pulls into a virtual tie with the Detroit Red Wings with Dallas maintaining the tie breaker(regulation/overtime wins) for the eighth spot in the west. Dallas maintains tie breakers with most of the Western Conference, so even if Dallas moves up to better themselves in the playoff picture, they can hold tie breakers to advance.

So youre telling me that Lehtonen is crap?! His like on of the best goalies in the league, easily youre best player.

Ready for some more NHL hockey? NBC will show the Chicago Blackhawks at the St. Louis Blues today.

Best of luck to all of your teams today and tonight.

Youre really creeping me out :P

Just coming here and saying a match theyre showing and wishing luck :D

I just say good luck out of being a fair sport. I do want certain teams to win, but I also want to see teams put on a great show.

Chicago won 2-0 at St. Louis earlier today.

Yea yea. But i havent seen you talking here about the games more than wich game will be out there. Thats all. You know i was just kidding right?

No. What I am saying is that we never had a solid back up. Now we do have one. There is no need to hurry Lehtonen's recovery along at all because Bachman can now carry the workload and keep Dallas clean while he rests.
