Capitalism! It seems it won't let me watch the stream unless I purchase a premium membership...
If there are too many viewers, premium members have the priority to watch the live broadcast program. I think this broadcast will be available to everyone after it ends.It seems it won't let me watch the stream unless I purchase a premium membership...
Didn't they slip a few new things into the previous Nico Nico stream? Like.. Sierra and the Toyota FT-1 VGT and Graphite versions?
Capitalism!
There was something similar for the previous video, from memory, but I thought it was in respect of watching the stream again after it had ended.

I see live, I'm not gold member. Try disabling Adblock?
I don't use Adblock.
I see 1.15 ! But it was too fast, I didn't see more than that :/
1.15 is coming in December, I think we can be pretty sure of that... what it will include, and when exactly it shows up, those are the questions we would like to know the answers to!
Before I was kicked out from viewing, I was able to catch someone racing the 2X VGT in Fuji Speedway, it's pretty fast but the driver behind the game wheel spun out a couple of times. Must be a difficult car with a wheel.
Don't feel bad, it's harder to catch slides on a wheel. If a racing driver (did you catch which driver it was?) using a game wheel struggles with the 2X, imagine a random wimp with a DualShock pad... (you know, a wimp like me, a pad user) So they did slip in some new content, that is planned to appear in the 1.15 update. Go figure.

Believe me... a wheel doesn't make it easier to avoid spinning. The game smooths out controller input on a what I think is a speed sensitive basis, meaning you can go from lock to lock in a fraction of a second, and back again just as quick, and the game only takes a suitable amount of input to sort out the situation.
Personally, fighting a FFB wheel quick enough to catch a slide, without overcompensating.. is not easy. Not to mention the added time in dialing on and off lock to get the nose out of the barrier. I am still slower on a wheel, because I don't push as hard, because I know when it starts to go wrong, I'm unlikely to sort it out - loose 0.5 secs a corner because I'm cautious, or loose 5 seconds because I'm nosed into the barrier... I am getting better though... after 300 hours of practice
Holy Jesus, that sounds like the biggest hassle to do. And I have never played either GT5 or 6 with a wheel. Cars with such a high power output (such as our dear friend, the 2X) probably feel like a game of Russian Roulette... You really can't predict the limits as well as you do with a pad.
IMO its actually easier to feel and find the limits with a wheel, that's the purpose of FFB after all. The DS3 alows you to be wilder and less precise because you can go from lock to lock faster. You can be fast with either but there's a reason that the vast, vast majority of the top TT drivers use a wheel and its not because its harder to imits of the car.Holy Jesus, that sounds like the biggest hassle to do. It's really all about reaction time, it just takes so much longer (in relative terms) to compensate for something going wrong, because of the distance you might have to move your hands (rather than just a few millimetres of your thumb), and the fact you are also fighting against physical resistance. There are benefits to the wheel though, when you get it right it's much more satisfying, and the pedals do allow for greater control than the pad without any other real drawbacks.
