Online Event Lap Times

I'm using R1's. 👍 From my quick testing yesterday it seemed that R1's were quickest, although I'm going to do some more experimenting today just to confirm my initial thoughts. It takes quite a while to find out what tire is quickest around here, as you must maximise the supsension and gearing for each particular power level and tire choice. :scared:

BTW, can I trade you my M3 time for your 430 N1 time :lol: ...I can't touch that one :sly:

lol lets do that, i think i couldn´t reach your r1 time. We try the TVR Speed Six today at Daytona.

BTW, new F430 N1 times:
2:26.954 in lap 5 while leading without slipstream(hole race), total racetime 12:20.434

I can see a low 27 if I can iron out the mistakes but i cant see myself breaking into the 26's any time soon. I switched over to Daytona on S3's and couldn't believe how much grip there was. I dont know how some of you guys can swap and change events and still be so fast.

my friend WGP_Mclarensucks was there to cofirm.. (no slipstream) leading from the 1st to last lap
 
Anyone running fuji with S3 or less tires? I'd like to compare the times I am hitting with a few cars to someone who isn't running R1's.

I still have yet to break the 2:30 barrier.

Does anyone have an NTSC freerun replay saved that they want to post up so I can chase it? I'd really like to know where I'm loosing the most time (probably everywhere, but I'd still like to see it).

i have no replay of that because it was online race.. but if i can i'll make some free run laps and post if you want 👍

could done the 2'25 but brake too soon on the left turn before the last chicane :( and as i dont have too much time now i'll leave it... a lot of work for me in this days

I did few races and testlaps yesterday, just to practice pit-stops and to find consistent setups. I ended up to use (censored by Team-chief)-tyres, and could nail laps near to 1'50.low... but usually MAY, Timo, FAK, and all those rest of GT-aliens will do few seconds under that time what I think is good. :ill:

...so beware to see them posting 1'47.high-1'48.low

Thanks for the replay. After a bit of searching I discovered it is not possible to convert a PAL replay to NTSC which is what I originally thought.
I've been starting to think about buying a PAL copy anyways, maybe this is the push I need. Or maybe an NTSC copy owner can post up a quick replay.

Either way, I'm still a good 4 seconds off of that time :ouch:

Can anyone contribute a few Skyline Coupe/Tuned times for Daytona Road as reference for Event 02?

I ran a 1:53.9xx in a BMW concept tii. Haven't been able to replicate that lap, but still working on the tune. It's usually 1:54.2xx's.

Edit: S3 tires
