Mazda RX-8: 1'52.82x

With room for improvement.;)

Fuji 550 RWD N1-S3 Tyres

Ford Mustang GT: 1'56.465

The handling of this car really isn't that bad, if only it had a proper gearbox (much longer 2nd gear, and shorter 3rd and up) it could easily drop the 3sec it's behind and catch up to the leaders. Of course, some un-biased-ness from PD would go a long way too, the car has 259kw (20-30kw more than all the others, and doesn't weigh any more) and still accelerates the slowest. Figure that one out Polyphony!!!

I'll have to take the Mustang for a spin when I get a chance mate 👍 I can't believe I still have yet to take the thing for a spin, even though I have one parked in my real garage  At least in Forza 2 I was able to modify the car to make it quite similar to my car in reality. I guess driving a stock version of my car in a game doesn't excite me too much :dopey: Especially considering how unexciting a stock S197 Mustang handles in real life. I'll report back in a little bit...that is if I can get connected to the network :ouch:

Edit: Since I can't connect to network I just took a quick spin around London Reverse in TT mode. The car actually has a fairly realistic sound compared to some cars (Tuned Vette, GTLM) in the game at least 👍 It also does a suprisingly good job of replicating the solid rear axle attributes and overall feel of the car. I will say that the gearing is all screwed up though...2nd gear only does 60mph and 3rd only does appx. 92mph in the game. In reality with the stock 3.31 manual gears that my car has, it does appx. 75 in 2nd and about 120mph in 3rd...it's really quite amazing how PD could be so far off with the gearing

So if they had put in the real gearbox it WOULD be up there with the others.:grumpy:

You can drop my time to 1'56.287 as well.:) I love driving muscle cars, it's so much more satisfying, with the V8 sound, and you have to keep up your momentum and use the throttle to get turn happening, unlike other cars which are brake in gas out, nothing to it.

We'll be back on this 👍

Does anybody have some of their lap times from HSR 650 for me to compare to?

550PP Suzuka - Nissan 350Z- 2'17.627 - GTP_timeattack (DC tune)

I'll try and shave some more off today 👍

550PP Suzuka - Nissan 350Z- 2'18'358 - GTP_drama-kyd - Free run

i should give the DC tune a try, Hyperspeed and timeattack arent humans though so maybe thats why they're able to achieve those times.

I don't have exact laptimes, but my Corvette at 650 PP HSR has been averaging high 1'11s.

Hi there!
Does anybody has timed laps for the Daytona Road 600LP AWD event, preferably with an Audi TT or a comparable car?

Nice time Dan 👍

New time for me: 550pp suzuka - Nissan 350z - 2.17'649 - Free run (DC tune) My T1 was 0,2 slower then normal, so hope I beat this soon :)
