200 deg wheel users will dominate F2007 event ^^

How many players/cars???
rolling or standstill start???
Track choices are better but why such high PP750+.... Why not a Susuka PP600. It just isn't fun to me. Also I was doing quite well before this latest patch now I always finish 4th or further back. I don't race to always win, more to have fun but damn its isn't much fun dodging punters and climbing out of sand pits/wall/ramming penalties when they cut me off/ and short cut penalties after being rammed into the grass.
Before this update I was finishing consistently 1st or 2nd in the Pro races. Maybe I really am not that good after all.
Peace guys....

I've personally always gravitated toward the higher PP races, but I welcome the addition of 800pp HSR. We ALWAYS have 600pp, it's time to mix it up a bit.
may I suggest you pull over to the side of the track at the start and let the race past before you start your - bumbling round in slow motion - shenanigans.
Upon racing Suz 750, it really is boring now, I've done it too many times.
Until there's new tracks and cars, this applies to the whole game for me except I'm not quite bored yet.

750 PP? It's a rather lame class now if you ask me, where are the real word sorts car races with around 300kw or less and sports tyres? Now I need to figure out what cars to use, I doubt I will ever try for something fast, I've had enough of the Tuned cars and GT-Rs and F430s etc running super high power and race tyres to last me a while.
totally agreed. lets see some rx7's and 350z's.
The RX-7 was a good car if it didn't have much power resulting in huge turbo lag/rotary lag. I don't like the interior or engine anyway. But yes, that class of car.
Now all you have is fast-faster-fastest races! Really know place to take a break, from the speed. Should have been a 500pp race like HRS. Sooner or later, everybody gets there type of races. This update just isn't for me!
Sorry you don't like it, but this fast, faster- fastest is exactly why I love it!
Great post, best i've seen anywhere today! Funny, vicious and so from the heartI've just realised there are no 600pp(ish) events now so, Just in case the integra fans I ran into (literally) on Fuji last night decide they absolutely must crawl round the track, may I suggest you pull over to the side of the track at the start and let the race past before you start your - bumbling round in slow motion - shenanigans.
I was tripping over you guys for the first two sectors of lap one last night and that was after I managed to recover from the (worse than usual) carnage you caused at T1. The last thing you need when screaming into a hairpin braking zone at 140mph+ is a roadblock of (to all intents and purposes) parked vehicles. I counted about 6 and every one screwed up my race worse than the punters did.
Be warned - if you are in front of me in a shopping trolley and you even look like your going to go for the racing line I will punt you the hell of the track. The alternative is I go flying off the road, braking too hard on the wrong line in a 500bhp MR flying machine and I don't see why I bloody should.
Has anyone noticed a sort of "fluxuation" with the physics are 750pp Suzuka?
I mean, when I was doing a free run, and using a Mines BNR34, it felt as if I was on STD physics. Handled ridiculously easy, and rarely ever understeered (or is it oversteered?). But when I went online, it felt like as if I was on PRO physics. I had another race soonafter, and it felt like it was on STD physics.
Anyone have this happen to them?
it takes like 5 tries before the game finally makes me a host for the f1 event...then only 1 other person joins. Gee, what fun that is...
This is perhaps the best example of why they don't support 20+ events active during a given cycle.
That's the boost/handicap (or Rubber Band Effect -- RBE) for you.
If you are leading and the distance to the last place car is large enough, the game will pile on extra weight for you, with the expected detrimental effect on the handling. Conversely, if you are far enough behind the leader, you'll start putting in blistering laps.
(Note: it is not confirmed that the boost/handicap is implemented by adding/subtracting weight, but it does affect car performance in all areas, and has a measurable impact on lap times.)
It's possible I misread, but he stated varying performance between free run and from one online race to another:he whas driving in free run...so no boost effect there...
It's possible I misread, but he stated varying performance between free run and from one online race to another:
free run -> felt like STD
online -> felt like PRO
online again -> felt like STD
He didn't state if he was leading or trailing in his online races, but variable performance in online runs is common and has been attributed to RBE.
