I never noticed any lag here? But I have been having troubles connecting tonight so it's a possibility it was experienced by you from my end .. but here it seemed fine.

I did feel the tap before spoon but it was only slight and nothing to write home about.

Thats it for me tonight. Off to bed. Thanks for the racing guys. Was good to finally have some clean ones. Night.

It's fine. Didn't really notice. We didn't take each other off, just a fact of close racing (until you got past me and shot off into the distance lol).

mr_geez - You sure know how to make that GTR a wide car and hard to pass. Nice driving!

thanks for kind words, you are also fast and clean driver,we had a good fight in a couple of races..

I have some problems with finding grip during accelerating out of the hairpin and I wouldn't mind if the GT-R had little more straight line speed, but other than that it was great night of clean and competitive racing..

cheers to everyone involved in today's events..
see you all tomorrow..

ok.. who was joking with me yesterday!!??? :irked:

there was this *******[DE] <---replace *** with my family name, lol. in the Suzy 600.. I was like :dunce::dopey:👍:P:cheers:

:)

But not with S1's, this way it's just AWD heaven, people that like to drive RWD cars don't stand much of a chance (unless they're very good with the NSX).(...)

As a RWD addict, I find myself driving the R8 all the time... When ever I try a RWD I have to be on the limit all the time, and the slightest punt from a ADW (idiot driver or honest mistake) ruins my race, and he keeps on. Which leads me back to my theory that there should be WD limitations in some events.

My suggestion to PD for a new Suzuka Expert Event is: 700pp - Free tyre choice - RWD only!

So we can see all these great drivers having to master the car through every inch of the track, instead of just brakes on/throttle on when tackling a corner (I'm exaggerating, but you get my point...) :)

I would be inclined to say 630PP R1's only would level the two drivetrains nicely without bumping up the cars power too much.

Not if you're driving a amuse/opera 350Z.
It corners very good with s1 tires, but the acceleration is bad.
630pp with R1 max would be better, since you can equip s tires and use the extra pp to give the engine more power.

You wouldn't be able to keep up with s tyres regardless of your extra power unfotunatly. Even though the R1 is only the next one up from the S3 in terms of grip, the tyre has a different type of grip entirely, its particularly good under braking.

Tonight I'm going for Daytona Road 750pp at the 00,10,20,30,40,50 intervals.

Watch out for a red Ford GT :mischievous: or Ferrari F599 (only 676pp max  ), maybe some other cars, but mostly the normal versions (no tuned cars today). See you online....

I'll be racing at suz600 today after the top of the hour from XX:12 onwards for the following six races. All I can fit in today I'm afraid, given it is office hours for me here in the US. See you all out there.

Today was one of the most frustrating days of racing I've ever had. I couldn't get better than a 9th or 10th spot on the grid and then when I did make it to the main field there was always a punter between me and it and usually ended with me running behind that car the rest of the race so I didn't get punted or taking a chance and getting punted.

Not to mention all the racers out there running WRX 07s at pp599 and below. I'm sorry, but that is the one car in this race that needs no advantage. Be sporting and run it at pp600 and see how well you do. Just so I knew what I was complaining about I ran the WRX in a race, at pp600, and there in NO REASON for anyone who is a competitive driver to be running it at any less than the max tune. If you don't think yourself a competitive driver yet race after race you are running 7'01 flats and getting first then up the pp and run in the main field. Be a sport and fair for god's sake.

Today was decent had two race wins and a 2nd come beack form a 12 second difference when I got punted...

There were like 2 punts and thats really all.

The problem for me is trying to overtake someone slower than you but its impossible... Im just too worried about nudging them off :indiff:

I'll be joing races later and go drifting :dopey:

i don't know if that is directed at me, but i've said before i've changed from 599 to 600. it's boring runing at the front. if guys like zabeu and truth in the nsx run at 600 and sometimes win then thats what needs to be done. i've also noticed that all the nsx racers (tameturtle, honey, zabeu, truth) are still racing in 600 except timppaq! c'mon timppaq it's not the same without you.

It's not directed at anyone in particular. It's just an observation that you summed up the reasons for very well.

My lap times are round about 2:24-2:27 so can i keep my 595PP evo? ( i have no idea what my finish times usually are)
