Correct, you'll only be allowed to adjust your brake balance. We generally use the ORCA_Champ lounge though and everyone has that ID added so it might be best to do your practicing in there. 👍

The first week of April we will be racing the Alfa Romeo Brera Sky (from the new car dealership). Second week will be the F430 Scuderia and the third week will be the Alfa 155 V6 DTM race car. But.......the final car may have to be reconsidered now because it's already been removed from the OCD. :ouch: I figured it would be there for at least a few weeks and give everyone time to purchase it, but now it's gone and it's over 1million so it can't be traded.

Stay tuned.

I wouldn't complain if the third car was changed to something. It is always nice when you can paint a car or have options with colors (like the Lupo cup cars) just so there is some variety on the track.

Yeah, that was the only bad thing about that Alfa. It's awesome to drive, I've wanted to race it for a while and thought this would be a good chance. It's hard to get though, so we'll have to choose something else. I'll be in the lounge tonight testing out some new cars........something Italian.

I may drop in this evening. After my repeated disasters last night it is very apparent that I am out of practice.

Is there something I should snatch up in Italy?

Not sure, I'll have to see what's out there. I might move the Scud up to week 3 and pick a new mid-powered car for week 2.

The Alfa 8c Comp is a pretty sweet car too. If we really wanted to get crazy we could move up the lightning fast Zonda R in the premium garage.

I would hate/love the Zonda R.....

Taking the Alfa 8c around Eiger Nordwand Track would be fun... :mischievous:

I tried the 8c at first, even on SS I thought it was a little too hard to handle. I was originally gonna run the Brera at Eiger, it's the best drive I've ever had on that track.

I'll be in the lounge in 10-15 minutes.

Lamborghini Miura Bertone ?? it's available in the normal dealership, only 15 million cash :dopey:

better not, i forget just tuned Miura to the max

If you want to stick with the third car as a race car which would also be my preference, there are numerous RM's out there, all under $1Million, and many tradeable race cars under the trade limit as well. I think everyone has the DLC as well and there were several TC's in there that are excellent cars. So long as we have enough notice, which is a little over two weeks at this point there's plenty of time to arrange trades for those that don't have a certain car. I can have the car in two different profiles ready for 2 different last minute trades for a newcomer if need be, and I'm sure others could do the same.

The key thing of course is making the selection early and having time to trade. So long as it's a car under $1Million, whether it's UCD or NCD or DLC doesn't really matter.

^ Well, I was trying to stick with the Italian theme and there aren't any RM or TC Italian cars.

At this point it looks like April's line-up will most likely be:

Week 1: Alfa Brera @ Eiger Short
Week 2: Maserati Gran Turismo @ Rome
Week 3: Ferrari F430 Scuderia @ Monza with Chicanes

I was really looking forward to having a racecar in the mix each month but c'est la vie. There are two Beemers and a Merc that would make a great fit in the OCD though...

The Scuderia is almost a race car, being the track version of the F430. Drives like a race car. I'll be doing more testing this weekend before I make a final decision, I'd like to have a proper race car too so I may have to abandon the Italian theme. Damn updates screwing up my plans again..........:ouch:

Glad that Alfa race car was removed. I missed buying it. LoL

Italian race car? Ummm F1's? LoL

Congrats to Brandon for the Double Win and RDA pulling down the last one.
