MikeekiMI had the same thing on both my pitstops, Wilco caight up a good few hundred metres on me in the pits. Having done no practice I didn't know you could go in too hot
That's what also closed the gap between us, I did a bit of testing and noticed it thankfully haha

Pass complete with no damage depsite the distance he came from
After the pit stops mike got damage, after sitting behind him patiently for 2 laps i finally make my move at the end of the main straight
On the last lap, i encounter lapped traffic *scared*
Knowing Mike is not far behind i have to make a bold pass on Stape to put him a lap down
Clean pass and no harm done, on to the chequered!
To celebrate i light my rear wheels up heading onto the main straight

Now that i'm away from work i can respond properly, i posted those photo's during lunch and just added in random comments between bites of my lunch, during the time i seen it as a big moment in the race for me as it was the last lap and last few corners, i drive on the bumper cam so i had no idea where you were as i just had to commit to the corner lol

Hey Taital/whoever updates the points table, I got the fastest lap in race 1 with a 0:50.612.
Unless we're only counting the fastest lap of the whole event, which I think would be your lap Taital.
Bit disappointed with that being my best lap, I was pulling 0:49.xxx's just before the qualification.

Called my Internet service provider, they port forwarded my the connection straight to my PS3.....again. Bought a new ethernet cable. I'll turn off wireless completely.
I also found a program to "overclock" your router.
So, if it doesn't work this monday, i'm out for this series, and any other series for that matter.
I still can't get my head around, why?, after doing everything i did last series, and got it working for the last 3 races, and race 1of this series, everything suddenly has gone to the dogs.

Lets hope everything you have done will fix the problem. Wouldn't want to lose Mr Persistent from the series.

To all those that have asked about running weak penalties for this race. Your concerns have been thought about and addressed. We will continue racing as normal without penalties. We are all good enough and clean enough to not cut intentionally. The first 3 rounds have proven this hence i don't feel the need to apply it.
If you do cut then make sure you let off the gas to lose any time you may have gained. If you gained a position from the cut then yield the position back to the other driver.
I do understand that when the sun goes down it will be harder to see where corners are but that's the excitement of night racing.

Some of you might remember the now famous RUF promo video called "Fascination on the Nurburgring". If you haven't seen, it was Stefan Roser in 1987 in a 460bhp monster. No cage, no helmet, no aids, just pure skill
and really big b.... There's a few versions getting around, check it out here if you haven't seen it before.
Anyways, this is GTP Member OK8 on comfort hards in the same car (stock) in GT5, at the Ring. I liked this one cause he's got the camera on the wheel. Great car control, worth a look.
