Sorry to hear. $250 repaired by Sony (2 weeks) or
Team Voda getting some early practice in.
(Just to alleviate any concerns:- The members of Team Voda just happen to be in on the "secret", along with some others, and during a mock race we happen to all be grouped together at one spot, and I thought it would make a great photo. Been sitting on this image for days waiting for Oni to make the big reveal before I could upload it. What is happening regarding teams for the next series I have no idea, and will be up to Oni and others. My statement was merely disigned to say what people were driving the cars at the time the shot was taken. Plus I thought it was funny.

I loved this GT300 series, but I DOOOO believe we lost a bit of the whole "team" thing.
I love checking my points for each race, but also check the team points just as much, I say we need to do another qual, and the fastest gets paired with slowest and make teams that way. Team Colours and Team outfits. Adds more fun when testing with the team
... or you can tell me to shut up we are having same teams, im cool with that...
Also...hey everyone... I deeply missed you over the last week... It brought a tear sliding down my chubby cheek on monday night when I couldnt make it... ;(

Congrats to team Voda on last nights clean sweep of the podium. You know what would have made a great pic ? Crossing the line in formation , Bathurst 77 style !! Convincing drivers 2 and 3 to follow team orders might have been a challenge though !

About the Photocomp...can't believe I won!
There is sooo many genuinely well done shots being entered...it means you really have to put some thougth into a great shot!

Thanks Mic and all for a great race...
After some significant testing hours/practice for this race Team Voda def. had it's ducks in a row. Things where going well for me until around lap 36ish when my trusty G27 decided it had had quite enough of the punishment I've dished out to it over the last 18 months and sheared all the internal mounts for the FF motors on a quick correction through the corkscrew. Crack, crack crack! it went. After this lil' incident, the wheel was moving about inch left to right off center and pulling out about half an inch - I hung on as best I could.
'Almost a moment' Might be taking this a little to far but this was almost a moment as I arrived on the scene at JUST the right time (with Rusty in tow). Oni had just saved a massive moment at the bottom of the corkscrew and then came to grief via a Cussco T-Bone. Had I been .5 further up the road I may have been caught up in the drama. Quick flick right from me to avoid the carnage and I'm on my way to P1!

It's been a great series thus far and a shame next monday is the final round.
Judging by the points it will be down to the wire for alot of people trying to secure that last podium finish. It's looking like a round to remember! Good luck all and hope the testing/practice is going smoothly.

Don't worry Pawel! I will be there! Just don't know how well I will do being off GT5 for 2 or 3 weeks :S

This round i really have to pull out all stops to take the crown off of Rusty. Rusty on the other hand just needs to finish 4th or better to win. Me on the other hand. I will need pole for qualifying, fastest lap and finish first to guarantee taking the crown. With all of that required my chances are very low to pull it off but it will be a very close result in the end. After such a dismal first half of the series and only getting 1 first place finish in the entire series i am glad to be in a position (even though its near impossible) to take the crown.
Behind Rusty and I there is another battle going on for 3rd place overall. With Rota currently holding off Pawel for 3rd by only 8 points and Spinner, Cactass and Jol hungry to take that away from them and possibly take 3rd (although it will be a drive of their lives) its going to be a exciting finish with a lot of positions swapping till the finish.
This last race will require a lot of drivers to dig deep to find those extra tenths, stay consistent and have that little more tyre wear then the competition. Being a 60 lap race, it will require that picture perfect pit strategy.

Has anyone got some times for diff compounds for GV east reverse? I know we have the qual times to go off, but looking for drivers in different cars. Its a struggle to get back up to your old pace once you have been off for a while

Haha...definitely not a Rusty time lol
50Kg on a car that was already not overly burdened with power keeps me from challenging that time...best I have got is a 1:01.836.
Perhaps it wil be a good battle between us.

Not as much time put into this one...but here is a pic of JTV...sooo close to nearly loosing it on the run up to the cork screw. He held it together and got away with it!
