yup.. that was great fun.. couldn't thread a needle between you guys for 6 laps or 7 laps but in the end some luck gave me the win.. nice..

Nope you didnt. I tried my luck to see if going around the outside can pay off..... Dont touch the sand on the edge of the curb if you do I hit that and span.

I cant even remember the incident on Lap 1. Because its 10 lap race,the level of concentration needed is mind boggling. And when race is over, all I remember is having a good battle. 👍

damn it, how come i never end up racing with fellow gtp_members, So far only once had a battle with Synwraith and Frizby73. (both great races)

Today i did a race again and a French man with a GT5_net tag seemed to have something against me. I was in 3rd after T1 (right after the start) and for no reason just bumped me of the track withouth waiting for me. i cought up, passed him nicely and got bumped again, resulting me in flying off the track. No matter what, i won the race and clocked a 2.04.7 in the cali. God i love that car!!

Haha yes and all the time we let that California, who WASN'T faster than us get away to the tune of 10 seconds. Every time one of us fell back, we rejoined the fight within half a lap.

I apologise to all of you for undoubtedly bumping and scraping during the race.

I don't think you caused me any problems mate, after I punted Timeattack out at T1 the race was never there for us anymore, it was just a GTP-love-in

I just managed my first sub 21 minute win...and probably my first win

20'59.xxx total time thanks to being in Atho_gtplay's slipstream for 6 laps. I was doing 2'04s in your slipstream man, you were doing them happily in free air! I would never have had a chance in that race if you didn't pull over and wait for your friend.

Just did my first sub 21 minute race aswell, but didn't win it and didn't do it alone either. I had GEORGE_GR33 in front of me all race long and was happy just to be able to follow him. I did 2 sub 2'04's aswell, 2'03.7 and 2'03.9.

Total time was 20'54.3, half a sec behind the winner.

The best drivers are running 2'03.xx laptimes in the Clio mostly, and a few in the Subaru Impreza and California.

Don't be put off though, there aren't that many guys who are doing like 20'44 complete race times, maybe 10 or so? So there's still every chance to join and have a competitive race for 10 laps with fellow GTP/GTRP members.

You can always hang with me at the back anyway and we can laugh at RPM's GTR

oh my oh my i had enough of GT5 P tonight!! I couldnt even finish 1 race cause the internet always cut.

My first race would have been amazing with GTLM_Squad and other GTRP_ Members but i guess tonight isnt my online night.

Hey jack sorry i just saw your post now. Did a few testing laps now and my gearing is still a complete mess! Fastest i managed with the NSX in free run was a 2.05.9**.
I still have so much oversteering at entering a turn!

I was really enjoying this event to start with when the fields where full of clean drivers but now it seems the punters have got hold of the unbalanced clio's other awd's and think its ok to just ram you out of the way because they have a higher corner speed than you. Its really annoying when you wait 15 minutes for the race to start only to get taken out by some moron on the first lap.
I wish we could get an event going for the rwd cars other than the Clio and the Cali.
