I am having more fun when the game is working with patch 2.0 - The AI are more fun to race and the online experience seems better as well.
More often the FFB is not working as soon as the track loads and I have to exit the game and restart my ps4 to get it to work. It is strange because the center hold force in the main menu is working, but as soon as the track is loaded I can tell the wheel is limp before even leaving the pits. - with 1.4 it would happen but all I had to do was exit the session and join again. Never had to restart anything.
If it works the first time it seems to keep working.

I've been having the same issue. It's happened with 1.4 and now 2.0 as well. I have a Fanatec CSW V2 with BMW wheel rim. I'll have full FFB working driving one car on a track. I'll exit and pick another car to run on the same track and no FFB at all. Usually, I can exit the track and re-load it and FFB is working again. However, the other night it took 3 exit/re-loads to get FFB to work again. It's an annoying bug to say the least. I can kind of deal with it off-line, but it would totally suck if it happened during an online race. No one is going to wait until I get FFB working again. LOL

The 2.0 patch is live on Xbox One. You can currently run Ruapuna in Time Trial mode. Probably a glitch that will be fixed soon, so you better hurry.

I've seen comments elsewhere of the 2.0 patch being downloaded on XB1 but I can't seem to be able to download it. I've tried hard re-booting the console but nothing comes of it. My game simply loads up as normal with nothing to download.
What is going on? Is it available for XB1 or not?

It may already be downloaded. It was for me when I booted up. Only reason I knew it was is because I happened to notice the Ruapuna logo had been added to the logo screen.
One thing you can try is when you load the game go the the Xbox Store section and see if the Audi A1, Community Liviries #2, and Ruapuna Pack are available.

Thanks for the info. I checked the Xbox Store but no Liveries #2 or Ruapuna are showing. I've removed the disc & re-set the console & re-inserted the disc 3 times & still nothing to download.
Don't know what's going on.

If you keep your Xbox on stand by mode there wont be anything to download. Found out a neat trick, go to your game and apps, highlight the Project Cars Icon, press both left and right triggers at the same time along with the view button, and a screen will pop up and tell you the version of your game....I was in the same boat as you

2.5 isn't coming out on console. The improvements included in 2.5 will be in patch 3.0 for consoles.
