Where does the proceeds go towards to?
I just had a look at the listing to find out, but its no longer available.:(
It either did sell or didn't sell or was removed by request from listings IMO.

Where does the proceeds go towards to?

I think the proceeds would go to his Reach Out Worldwide charity according to another article here.

People have apparently questioned the authenticity of it.

The real ad is actually here

He looks like he could fit the part but I was just thinking along the lines of keeping it with someone that was part of continuity. I really don't get the dislike of FF3, I wonder if Walker had been in it with a similar script whether it would have had the same reaction.
I think the Nissan engine in the Mustang was the real turn off, not the acting.

Still, I believe the news is as every bit as fake as Jeremy Clarkson or James May doing commentary for F1 over Top Gear. It ain't happening.

EDIT: Bit delayed, but the point remains. Justin Bieber's stint in CSI proves that he can't act anything but a punk anyways, so why bother getting him to replace Paul Walker? I am perfectly happy with his brother involved somehow.

Cops are summoning Porsche experts from Germany to help find out why the crash happened:

This isn't really directed at you personally, but please do not quote anything of TMZ's regarding Paul. These ***holes have been reporting anything & everything about Paul so much, it's sickening to read. Nobody needs to know Paul's family was looking for a burial plot or that they had a small funeral or had a final goodbye. They need to leave the family alone, the man is gone. The only thing newsworthy should continue to be the cause of the accident, not Police need Porsche to solve the case. The lack of any mention or respect towards Rodas makes it worse, but at the same time, his family is lucky they don't have to read about someone reporting every move they make towards Rodas' final resting place.

As game reviewer Angry Joe said before, TMZ is the scum of the Earth.

This isn't directed at you personally, but if you don't like TMZ or don't trust them as a reliable source, don't click the link and scroll past my post.

There are other groups/sites that are following this family just as much.

.

They used a V8 since the RB26 didn't have enough power to put the rear out. While filming.

That's a cute remark, but you missed the point.

That's cute, but you missed the point of my post.

They reported it, I just posted it here. I'm not the one getting these stories. Regardless of if I post them here or not, TMZ and other tabloids will continue with this story.

Again, don't like it, don't click on it.

There was 0 point. You attempted to be a smartass by mocking my words.

I also never clicked the link the first place because I didn't have to. If you actually read anything in my original post, you'd know exactly why I didn't click it. And nobody is reporting as many Paul Walker stories as TMZ has. Half of them aren't even necessary stories, just photos of the paparazzi harassing the family.

Now, go ahead & shoot for the hat trick fail.

You were being a smartass, so I returned it.

Second, more than one source is covering this story as much as TMZ. Google it, I can find at least 5 others with the same story that apparently struck a nerve with you.

Don't like it, don't click on it. Maybe you shouldn't view this thread at all if the coverage bothers you that much.

They used both and as the video said the stunt versions of the hero car used the V8. I think there was another Edmunds article (since they do almost all the F&F car info) talking about the RB26 version that was just for some driving and not the drift scenes. However, one of the Mustangs did have the RB.

3 for 3 as predicted. The one who started being a smartass was you since you felt the need to quote the first 6 words of my original post & turn them back on me. If you want to reply like a smartass, I'll gladly return the favor.

Reading clearly isn't an area you did well in because if it was, you would have understood 2 things well before hand; it's not one specific story that's sickening & I didn't say no one else was reporting on this story, either.

I'll go ahead & assume you repeat yourself to try & make up for your literacy problems.

Resulting to insulting my intelligence now I see, classy.

I guess I did start the smartass remarks, I tend to get that way when I get dragged into yet another pointless argument on this site.

Apparently my point went over your head again. I just posted a couple links. I do not work for TMZ or am affiliated with them in any way. I do not know the Walker family and live over 2,100 miles away so clearly I am not the one pounding on their door looking for stories. Sorry, can't help you.

I have gotten likes on some of the link posts I put here so some on here are interested in reading them. You don't like them? Don't click them. If your so sickened by the continuation of this story, why enter this thread?

Maybe instead of arguing with me you should spend your time composing an email to TMZ telling them to back off. Just a thought...

To show you there is no hard feelings, I'll help you out by posting the contact link:

The Mustang Nismo was a stroke of Genius. It ripped into the BS notion American Muscle is better than JDM and vise versa. it was like a metaphor for Racial Acceptance, a White American who adapted to Asian Culture, and integrated it into his own identity.

However Americans didn't like it. They sent Universal Studios Death Threats.

Who's fault is that??

That is so true. And it applies everywhere. Diehard fanboys are the ones flamming this wars, that the normal people don't care, because they get the message (that is in your post).
Whatever that be : cars, consoles, pc, smatphones, coke - pepsi,.... Smart people enjoy them all. Only idiots defend a brand with their life.

Typical car BS happening here by those "very intelligent people". Brand X is better than yours Y. Generally VAG vs BMW vs Merc.

Stupid! A real gearhead loves them all....

Just as a Mustang with a tuned RB26 would be a monster.

But in the Movie, They used the RB26DET from the S15 that Sean scraped. Because the engine was right there.
My point remains: add a turbo to the V8, and you've got more than enough engine to do whatever you want. Was the engine in the Mustang no longer viable? I guess I need to actually watch Tokyo Drift at some point. It's the only one I have yet to watch.

I think you have to watch the movie in order to get it. Unless you want a spoiler.
