I just EV Train Pokemon that I like or had throughout my journey on my previous games and that's only because we can actually remove EVs this gen . Usually ignore IVs and Natures as while it does put me at a disadvantage, I can still win matches despite this, with enough strategy.

Fair enough lol. I still prefer Super Training.

I do agree, it's not the fastest method to EV Train, it was the most accessible to use. Not to mention Reset Bags were faster to get than growing Resetting Berries.

Speaking of reset berries, I have to go fix my Xurkitree and Nihilego because I accidentially the wrong EVs. (Accidentially put them in an Atk session instead of Sp Atk)

Oh my good god. Just about to run out of space in the PC and it shows up. Shiny lvl 1 goomy, in a premiere ball, neutral nature. This is the happiest I have been to see a shiny in a long while. It took around 900 eggs, and goomy eggs take a while to hatch too.



Also this is what happens to the poke pelago when you have 900 goomy's:

Holy crap. This is a perfect punishment for a Legendary noob. Definitely want to put Destiny Bond on a squishy and fast 'Mon like Gengar.

I really do like Araquanid and Golisopod. Combo of 2 of my favourite types (Bug & my all time favourite Water), and they have really impressive designs, as well as Araquanid having a horrifying ability that goes well with its defensive stats, Golisopod is extremely fun to mess around with in battles due to its ability and First Impression.
If only Surskit could've been like these 2 great Pokemon but instead we have Masquerain . I really liked Surskit too.

If only Surskit could've been like these 2 great Pokemon but instead we have Masquerain . I really liked Surskit too.

I used araquanid for my play-through and he was pretty darn solid. Bulky and offensive with his ability. 👍

Nah cause if we were I wouldn't have sympathized with you trying to run favorites on your team, even though most peoples favorite pokemon aren't even meta. However, since you are wanting only banter...you're team is a joke and I will crush it

By the way, reading through the Donald Trump Pokemon Pokedex entries and their lore. I feel like Yungoos and Gumshoos were actually created as a Political Joke, especially due to their relation to Alolan Ratatta and Raticate:

Sun Pokedex entry of Yungoos: It did not originally live in Alola but was imported from another region. (and according to Bulbapedia, they were imported to handle the Ratatta population of alola)

Moon Pokedex entry of Gumshoos: It adores having Rattata and Raticate for dinner.

Believe it or not, there's truth in Yungoos and Gumshoos. They're based off the Mongoose, which was actually brought to Hawaii in an attempt to curb the rat problem. It backfired because mongooses are a diurnal species and rats are nocturnal.

Speaking of which, what if in the future, we get a reverse branching evolution line.

Instead of 1 Pokemon being able to evolve into 2 different Pokemon. We have 2 unrelated Pokemon who eventually evolve into the same Pokemon, it would create an interesting dilemma in terms of breeding and different movesets that get carried over.

I'm absolutely hating the Battle Tree and Battle Royale Arena. For the simple fact that they use Mega Evolution that is impossible to obtain at all in Sun and Moon, even with Pokemon Bank assist since you can't transfer items (seeing a Mega Swampert really made me extremely salty).

Especially since in the Battle Royal Arena, almost everyone and their mother uses a Mega Tyranitar in the Super Rank, it's impossible to do so in Sun & Moon .

Also, according to a friend of mine, one of Kommo-o sets in the Battle Tree has SHELL SMASH a move in which it is impossible for it to learn.

They really don't want you to win without having to use Gliscor (which you have to wait until the Bank update for), Eviolite Chansey and Mega Kangaskhan.
