Whats shameful is the lack of discipline by the some of the GT community. It led to PD taking drastic measures. My hope is that this this forces the rinse and repeat complainers to leave.

I don't feel like fairly playing a game that rewards me so unfairly. I expected much more than what I got for 60 gold license tests, and that's only the beginning in terms of unfairness.
 
I dislike it because it makes getting certain cars hard and time consuming. I like it because it makes the game more of a challenge and makes rarer cars alittle rarer again. Overall I like it.👎👍

Yes. Doing something that for all intents and purposes completely destroyed the gifting system (but, it must be noted, doing nothing to correct the issues that made exploiting the gifting system appealing in the first place) is sure to get rid of people who complain about GT5.

As I stated, the community here is shameful at times. The rinse and repeat complaining never stops. It's obvious people need to move on. Eventually, they will leave. They always do.

You can still trade , just not the rare car's. You will get over it, if not i'll hear bout ya on the news i guess.
 
The only people beeing ****ed by that is the ones that neither bday glitched and didnt dupe cars. That js the lamest decision ever!!!! Polyphony -1 &#58401; and a &#57434; decision
First GT breacks my DVD laser making me miss the seasonals and now this!!! Ahhh the need to kill rises again.
 
I ain't too happy about this...was going to start a championship where I was going to put my Mark IV on the line as the prize and now I won't be able to and it may cease the championship before it starts!!! :(
 
Why don't we have a third option for "Absolutely hate it?"

Patches are suppose to solve issues with the game, not add to it, which the trade limit does. Granted, the small 1.07 update isn't terrible thankfully, as we did get leader boards between friends and that replays download are back, but not being able to trade rare, expensive cars you may never see on the Online/Used Card Dealership sucks. Considering that many cars I want to get with this game, I don't look forward to looking at the dealership daily and being disappointed.

Let's just hope tomorrow's dealership has some decent updates like last week (Bought an Audi Touring Car and my first LM car, the XJR-9 LM Race Car, both of which I enjoy driving).

I think its just a temporary measure until they come with some better system.

Even if I just lost my Minolta because I borrowed it to a friend, I dont care much. Because I can already see lots of dupers screwed because they can't do their business. :)

and my free car thread can be cluttered with people wanting randomly good cars.
 
It's about time people played it properly, and besides, for those of us, such as me, who saved up 20,000,000 to purchase a car now own rare cars again.

One of the best updates you can get.

Bday glitch were with us for a 3 months, duping for 2. Do you really think those cars will be rare again?
Nope, because everyone who wanted to dupe them - did it. This only will affect a new players, not those 6m people who had a game for some time now.

I can hook my PS3 controller up to a rubber band for an afternoon and literally come back to enough funds and experience to buy an X1 outright.
Or I can just use B-Spec and accomplish the same thing with even less effort. Do I deserve the car then?

I just won my Alfa TZ the right way. And you can bet I take care of it as a jewel...

If I had 15 of them.... it won't be the same.

Strange that, I was completely unaware that there's a set of rules governing how you play a game you spend your hard earned money on.
 
I don't like the idea of duping and I'm happy to see cars are worth some valuable time. I look forward to earning my cars the hard way.
