If you make it to the finals, what will make you inelegible or unable to procede?

Haha nah I wasn't saying you were going 140, I was just saying that Reckless driving is dependent on speed. Also, those turn speed limits aren't just suggestions. I got a reckless for doing exactly that^ (same speeds and everything). Luckily I got it expunged by doing the driver's safety course.

Usually the speed traps are only setup on straights, there aren't really many turnout's on canyon roads. Also, they usually focus on the bikers, they are a bit over the line with their speeds and knee dropping into other lanes. I don't really condone driving fast on public roads, but then on the other hand when I am with a group of experienced drivers in well equipped cars and we are on a canyon road and drive fast with no cars around I see nothing unsafe about it. We slow down if oncoming cars are present or we see slower traffic. The only reason I don't advise other people to do this is some people go over the line, can't handle it, and or push the cars limits which should never been done on a public road.

Anyways, this conversation is about not being eligible, and I have a feeling there are going to be more ineligible people than we think who make it to the finals.

Canyon driving with a bunch of good drivers is some of the most fun you can have in a car. Trust me, I've lived within 20 miles of the Blue Ridge Parkway for my whole life :D
Unfortunately the turn I was on happened to have a residential road halfway thru it where the cop was sitting :/

Anyway, I totally agree, I wouldn't be surprised if there are at least ten ineligibles who make it into round 3

hey cool pics GT. Is that canyon the notorious canyon for motorcyclists always spinning out in one of the sharper turns? I sware I've seen a dozen videos of different motorcyclists in the same spot losing control. I think one of them actually went up and over the guard rail

Where's the option for "I'm blind and can't legally drive real cars?" :)

I didn't think about eye sight, I guess mark yourself in the fat section, you have fat eyes.

Do you want some rims or suspension? I sold the M3 but I still have my TC Kline DA's and SSR wheels. ;)

It's not as wild as you think, we are driving fast but everybody seemed to have control until that one guy started to push too hard.

Haha, no thanks - keeping this baby 100% stock.

Re going fast on mountain roads - I've been there, believe me. We're both lucky we didn't have to explain it to a cop: "officer, you don't understand, my car control skills are beyond what you can imagine..."

Every time I see that vid I have an undeniable urge to do a RWD transition for my tc....

That car has close to nothing in common with a street TC except the way it looks on the outside. The suspension build, drivetrain, engine are all pretty much a full custom build. Tanners car is ridiculously fast....
