I mean I guess, but it seems Danoff is saying that it's info given to the public so they can be more informed about the current situation. The influence is still from the dems and republicans. The dems didn't deny nor apologize for their tactics and thus only seemed more shady come election time. Then you had stupid things like Brazile giving the Hillary camp debate questions after the emails had come to public attention about the DNC. Thus made for even more obvious collusion between the DNC and their favorite candidate.
I feel the fact that Bernie was cheated had more to do with her down fall, than the back handed crap they tried to do verse Trump. And then when your own personal adviser doesn't believe the candidate he's advising...yeah it's all a crap show.
