I don't think Cross had an access to the list after the events of Most Wanted.
Cross gets fired after the events in Most Wanted. Nikki paid him the equivalent of Player's bounty.
I guess, it's like Underground and MW/Carbon, and you are "supposed to" decide whether or not the stories are connected from the hints you get in the games yourself. To me, the ProStreet is completely unrelated, as I never played it.
EA really is a bunch of idiots. "No, we don't want to sell digital copies of our old games, of which people would pay ridiculously over their actual worth without any major development costs, we want to piss people of and sell overpriced DLCs so we'll lose sales in long term basis."
The car was most likely wanted by the police, it was probably either found by the police without "the player" being in it at that exact moment, somewhere between the Carbon flashback and the Underground, or "the player" got rid of it before the police found it and him with it. Or there are 2 characters, we still can't say for sure.
I think they would replace the LeMans with an R8 V10, as the LeMans was likely only used since the R8 hadn't been released in 2006.Correction, its not a silver Supra, its blue.
But what if NFS 2015's story was after Carbon? Are we getting Darius' Le Mans Quattro?

That's what I meant. If they continued that story I can see the game starting with you in an R8 V10 and then something happens that you lose the Audi and have to start in a crap car, maybe a 240SX or something.
I can also see Darius and Eddie teaming up to take the Player down.
Just do another story, if there's going to be a story at all, it's been almost 10 years from the events of the Carbon. The guy could live in Japan or even be dead by 2015.
Assumed as much. I obtained it (yo ho ho) but widescreen doesn't work, and any widescreen fixes slow my framerate too much.
NFS Prostreet had a little easter egg about that:Here's my theory of the PS2 storyline,
Player wins the race in Palmont City (Carbon Prologue) with a silver Toyota Supra and escapes to Olympic City, events of Underground unfold, player buys a blue GT-R. The events of Underground 2 unfold. Then player buys the BMW M3 GTR, and arrives in Rockport. Events of Most Wanted unfold. Then the events of Most Wanted unfold and after being chased out of Rockport by Cross, he escapes to Palmont City. The events of Carbon unfold. That is where the storyline ends. The only major plot hole in all this is what happened to the silver Supra?
