my 14.22 to the fords 14 41, we both had wheel hop problems.

Plus you've got the gangsta "hand at 12 o'clock grip" on the wheel, worth at least half a second on the 1/4mile.:sly:

The MR2 just sits under its car cover now :)

Got a 1980 Ford Escort mk 2, mostly original, except I've put a new cam in it, 2" exhaust, had the entire head re-done and shaved and a few other minor alterations. Shall post pics soon.

Taken for my sig at CB7Tuner.com:

Nothing special. And as I didn't realize until recently how freakin' easy it is to swap out the shock towers, I've decided I'm going after the suspension and wheels before I sell it for another, then just swap the stockers back in. Koni STR.Ts, Eibach Pros, and 16" Buddy Club P1 SFs in matte black! I'm pretty much done with the restorations that are absolute necessities, so maybe I can finally get started saving for upgrades...

EDIT - I finally calculated my mpg for my normal driving habits, which is fairly aggressive thanks to Magnaflow (such a sweet note): 31, over the use of a full tank! That, compared to what I got racing around the canyons plus holding about 90-95 on the freeway for nearly half an hour with a few 100-110+ spurts: 22mpg. Too bad I don't have it in me to drive economically for any real length of time, it'd be interesting to see how high I can get that number.

For reference, my driveway now contains 12.2 litres, 120 valves, 32 cylinders, a supercharger, a turbocharger and VTEC (which kicks in often, y0!) - not to mention Otto, Diesel and Miller cycles. And FWD and RWD.

Yes. Tow car/dog car. The 5-series Touring has an integrated dog guard and the rear windows are all tinted to stop the pooches overheating. This particular car already has a tow bar fitted. Win win. Win.

So list the cars you have now?

In order of least recently acquired to most:

1998/R Mazda MX-3 V6 - petrol, 1.8, 24v V6
2008/08 Peugeot 207 (company car) - diesel, 1.6 i4
1993/L Mazda MX-3 SE V6 - petrol, 1.8, 24v V6
1999/V Honda Accord Type-R - petrol, 2.2, 16v i4
1998/R Mazda Xedos 9 Miller 2.3 - petrol (Miller), 2.3, 24v V6
1998/R BMW 523i SE Touring - petrol, 2.5, 24v i6

I didn't think Britian was large enough to hold that many vehicles, are you sure you're not royalty?

Lol good collection is the 207 any good? im guessing its slightly better then the 206 which I might consider for first car.

No. EPIC no.

The most expensive car on that list has a current value of about the same as the rest of them put together. So I'm pretty sure :D

Not when your are buying an E39 touring, no.

The dogs quite like it too :D

Nice to see you got the Touring, Famine. Seemed like a rather pleasant car.

And eXelium, nice E30 👍 Looks very clean inside and incredibly shiny in the engine bay. Not overly keen on the wheels and slightly stretched tyres, but at least they suit it.

Whats wrong with the 207 then?

It's a Peugeot made in the period between about 1998 and 2010. Throughout that time they didn't make a single car worth driving. In fact, I'd have said 1998 until "who knows" if they hadn't just brought out the RCZ, which I'd actually like a go in. Last decent Peugeot made before the RCZ - 106 Rallye S2, 1998.

Gorgeous E30 eXelium 👍

My mate bought a black 325 E30 convertable cheap last week because the head gasket went. Took it to a mechainic who fixed that and as he drove from there down the road he tried to do a burn out and broke the gearbox

Went to Goodwood this morning in the Mini for the Breakfast Club. The theme was Supercar Sunday, and on the way home I had a play with an Alpine A110. A lot of fun was had. Picture taken by a friend of mine.
