This or a Optima. Or a LS 430.
If you're aiming for Lexus then be prepared for a flaming spare parts prices X)
Optima is something cheap & nice if you're seeking it - but it's FF if i remember correctly.
Genesis coupe's issues is the back seat limited height - manual transmission got a rubbery shifting feel - the brake piddle feels like it has some empty air when you firstly press it - except when you push it a little hard until you receive a good response from the brakes.
Good thing about Genesis Coupe is the long warrenty :)
So hopefully it would do good for you as long as you keep protecting the warrenty :)
It's up to you on those difficult choices if you ask me X)

So the GX has already been given the ocker Aussie name of "Reza" by the missus. Her's and his, down on the beach this evening.

They've both had a nice bath, Reza had her first clay, polish and wax in what appeared to be about 5 years, and she's had an oil change as well with some nice fresh Nulon synthetic.

So I'm already aware of the pricing of parts. $2k have already been spent in fixing it and it still need some stuff fixed...

I got over the FF drivetrain. I long distance drive, so I won't be canyon carving.

If I was concerned about the passengers, I would've gotten another sedan.
the only car that should be in your mind tbh
I know.

Question, I would like to tint my windows. My rear view mirror dims automatically, would it dim less? Is the effect the same?

Don't know if there are more than one dim setting. But the sensor sits on the mirror, so with tints it doesn't get blinded as fast, thus not needing to dim. I guess it depends on the combination of your degree of tint and the sensibility of your sensor

How close were you following to where an H1 could outbrake you?
I was about 4 car lengths behind. Both of us were going 60 on damp roads, and the Hummer in question went full brake. I froze a bit and didn't get all of my car's brake strength down in time.

Yes, on a stock TD04. If memory serves right, they can't make anymore than 18 PSI reliably. So going from 14 PSI to 18 PSI will do fine.

Boost pressure isn't your limiting factor though, it's the actual size of the compressor wheel (and the size of the turbo in general). It's great for mid-range response and about 300-320hp tops with all the supporting mods but then that's your one weak link that will prevent you from getting more power. A VF series will see you get more power more efficiently, and depending on which one you get you don't have to lose all of that mid-range either.

Besides, the TD04 starts to go beyond its max efficiency at 16psi.

Never mind X)
Because our last conversation had reached my need :)
Edit :
What the ... Alert messages can confuse someone by expecting the page which is shown to be a new message then suddenly seeing myself replying to something i've already replied to X)

Meh... I don't have money for a fancy car. But I love my car. It's my first car that I bought with my hard earned cash. People make fun of it, call it a piece of crap, old man's car, rental fleet trash, American garbage, yadda yadda... But I don't care. Every time I get in, turn the key and drive it it makes me smile.

My Grandfather had a 70's Hardtop 4-door Impala with a big block. He loved his car. I loved his car. He was a Chevy man, and he promised me that car would be mine one day. Unfortunately, the car broke beyond repair when I was just a kid and he didn't have the money to fix it. I instead promised him I would buy an Impala one day and let him drive it.

I was a bit... too late... But I kept my promise and I bought an Impala...

Ah... My beautiful "Elle-Tee"

It's really not that bad! It has an AUX-In port!! The holy grail of standard equipment in cheap used cars :D
