Between the 944, 350Z, and Integra Type-R (RSX, but really who cares?), there have been some very nice stuff posted in the last few days. 👍

Nice talon 👍 Looks clean.

My supercharged MR2 chassis is currently at a shop getting a gen3 3sgte swapped in. Figured I'd need a somewhat reliable car even when I get the MR2 back, so I found a mint condition 1986 944. Only 37,000 miles.

Nice! How does it drive? I might possibly purchase a 924 Turbo at the end of the month and I'd like to hear some feedback on these cars since your 944 is close enough!

Wow, those shots of the Z are absolutely stunning! What kind of equipment? :)
I used a Canon EOS 450D with the 18-55mm f3.5/5.6 IS kitlens on a cheap-ass tripod. I created three different exposures (since I was shooting into the light it is impossible to get both the car and the sky lit correctly with only one exposure) and merged them into a HDR photo. I suspect the shots could be even nicer if the weather was better (blue sky) and there was no wind (no moving leafs between exposures). :)

Some HDR shots of my ride:

nice. i am lusting. i have an 06 base. planned on getting a quaife lsd, but i think im just gonna leave it stock, even if i am out done by every other z, including yours! when i pay it off, i am gonna trade up for a 370, i presume.

Mine is stock as well, and I intend to keep it that way (mostly ;)).

My car in real life

A 98 Escort Estate, started life as a Business Edition, with just a set of TSW 15 inch Venoms added. 10 years later I lost myself a bit in creation a personalized RS version.
Added leather recaro interior, white dialclocks, some carbon detailing.
And fitted a better airbox, free flow exhaust, upper and lower strutbrace.
Big brakes upfront ( HiSpec 4-pots ). And the best change of all was fitting a Quaife ATB diff. Gives the handling some extra boost in the corners :)

I still drive my 2002 Subaru Impreza WRX STi, but my dad got his brand new car today :

Subaru Legacy 2.5 R ( 175 PS ) in Satin White pearl, runs with gasoline or gas (LPG) [ LPG costs about 69 EUR cent per litre, whereas Super gasoline costs 1,60 EUR ]

AT
fully equipped ( leather seats, cd changer, bluetooth, bi-xenon etc etc, no navigation system though )

Really a nice car,the engine runs smoothly , really a silent and comfortable ride; the suspension is not too soft though, so you still have that feeling for the road you drive on. Nice car, although I liked the Civic Type R he had before ( in combination with a Mercedes E-class; we sold the E-class last winter and driving the hard and loud Civic alone really annoyed my father after a short time ( MD, almost 60 years old )... so we sold it and got this one instead - nice and reliable car.

Really, really nicely done. People make such a hash of Escorts by going over the top but that one is fantastic 👍

Nice vid, and pretty impressive cornering keeping up with that Mk1. What on earth happened to it?

Hi there,

Thnx for the comment, I'm not a plastic fantastic fan, just wanted it to keep it clean and smooth.
About the MK1. It was too loud on the track so they stuffed the silencer with something the dampen the sound. But that didn't work out so well as you can see it being spitted out :)

I dunno. It's a very unique color...I kinda like the A4 in Pistachio green.

and nothing wrong with holding onto a car for 8 years, either.

Thanks guys, 👍 I knew the colour would get a mention, :) you either like it, or you dont. It was a special order colour, it's called paradise green pearl. Its good to be different form all the silver A4's. :odd:

The A4 looks fantastic in that colour 👍 Really nice car Hyper, what have you done to the engine then? That's a hell of a lot of carbon fibre down there. The wheels and the subtle lowering look good too.
