Right now my Corvette is stock, i would just like a good road racing set up for the car..it doent have to be high horse power or anything jsut a good car that will make fast laps and doent spin out :) lol

Hi,

A setup for a 97 SC300 is required. All options purchased... Since I use a controller, the car doesn't launch well as I can't control the pressure well. Car handles like a brick :indiff:

Unfortunantely Gran Turismo did a real bad job at simulating the SC300/Supras (they're very similair cars, same engine, transmission,etc). I own a Supra in real life and my shop specializes in turbo'ing SC300/Supras. The difference is really there nothing like the real thing. Granted none of the cars on here are like the real thing but the way they got the S2000 was alot closer to how my S2000 performed in real life. I've really tried playing with these cars but it's very hard to get them to drive how you want them to.

As far as launching don't use the x button. Use the right analog up for gas and down for brake. This way you can really get the car to go how you want it to. Try this setup. I got 7:23.553 at Nurgbugring with the SC300.using this setup.

Driving tips- Use 1/2 throttle in 1st gear and 3/4 throttle in 2nd gear until 6krpm, after that you can go WOT. However my tires started spinning in 3rd a couple of times when going downhill.

I am writing from italy, i bought GT4 3 days ago, and i am getting frustrated by trying to tune up my Dodge VIPER SRT10 2003.
Can anyone help me? It suffers from a tremendous understeering and when i brake it goes like (boink boink boink....)
It is fuly tuned up.

I also have another car, the Nissan SKYLINE GT-R V-spec II Nur (R34) 2002.
Can anyine also post a fine tuning for general purpose for this car?

Keep the rest of the stuff factory in suspension

Brake Balance F-15 R-12

Autoset-31

Most Important thing set the VCD-10% of power going to the front wheels

Then turn all assists off or put TCS to 1 if it's that hard driving the car.

This should make the car more prone to oversteer then understeer.

Here you go. Also cool to see another Italian on the board I have some Italian in me and used to live in Europe. I visited my Mom's side of the family up there a couple times. They lived on the outskirts of Maranello.

Here are your settings for the R34 GT-R V-SPEC II NUR

I tuned the car to 580hp, I didn't see the need for the 1000HP+

Spring Rate F-13.0 R-15.0
Ride Height F-88 R-88
Shock Bound F-4 R-5
Rebound F-5 R-6
Camber- I messed with the camber and this is what I used 3.0 in the front and 2.0 in the rear. However this caused alot of understeer. I personally like oversteer so I want ahead and did 3.0 in the front and 5.0 in the rear.
Brake Balance F-17 R-15

LSD-
IT-15 15
ACCEL 40 45
DECEL 25 30

ASM OFF TCS OFF

I will post the Viper settings soon as I am revising them. I only ran a 6:52.555 at Nurgburgring and I know the Viper is capable of a 6:40.00 or less easily.

This setup is for the tighter tracks. For higher speed ones adjust the autoset to a hgiher level.

I tuned it with assists off, if you keep spinning out turn the assists up.

Someone tried out my settings and was happy with them. He's going to setup a website where I can post different tunings for each car along with other people's setups. It'll be like GTVAULT for GT4

I can make it understeer and behave more stable. But it is hard to tune to someone else's preference because when I test drive it, I hate it. :yuck:

I like the setting I posted on the top of this page. When I tighten the GTR down, it feels slower to me. :)

Any updates on those GTR settings? :)

can you give me a full tune for a 83' Nissan Fairlady 300zx (Z31)? it currently has around 350 hp, which is where i want to keep it, but it handles like a boat.

I restarted my file a week ago (trying to do it ALL in A-Spec). So I'm nowhere near close enough to get that car. Sorry. Maybe in a month or two when I obtain it I can post settings.

HRE- I'll get em sometime tonight. I'm trying to catch up on some races to make some $ to finish up all the unreplied to tuning requests by midnight.
