Nah, you are correct. They are finalized and then resized to the maximum 700px, but you'd still have to load the full HD versions. And since I don't have the worlds' fastest internet connection - it's a bit bothering. And no worries, might I suggest that you upload to versions to ImageShack, one resized to 640 px, or simply use Flickr?
That does the resizing automatically for you.

Oh ok let me see then if I can re-size to 640 px then my bad..

I think I got it now... so it shows small but when you click on it, then it will go to the big size

My thoughts exactly. I only get 1.7mbps download.
I wish I was on fiber optic again. 
I miss 120 mbps. @Crazyglues - Try not to post as much dude, that kinda tinkers me off as well.
