On the first straight where I was up to speed to take a run I hit 381, paused immediately, and came here to say that its legit. :cheers:

If you use his settings, they work. So stop bashing him. He did it fair and square. 👍 👍 👍

I'll be back in about 3 mins to do a run on the actual test to let you know my official time using your settings! Thanks again!

Edit: 1st try: 380.76 MPH, hit the wall too!
2nd try (no backtracking): 379.43 MOH
3rd try: 381.24 MPH

Well I did exactly what he said with his exact settings and I have managed to get 349mph, i do admit it may be legit but WTF am I doin wrong?

Listen, I apologized if I came off as a prick, and I was only going along with the thread content, for the intire thread, its the person with the highest speed ownes the rest, so I figured it wasnt offensive it was Site Jargan, but still apologized for it.

But if someone is ofensive why do the same thing right back (It was said I was owned, among other things) Its better to point out the ignorence of the bad comment then to jump in with more ignorance.

So again I apologize if I offended anybody.

I'm just using normal tires bc thats all I have at the moment.

When you enter the turn you should be going about 270-275 in 5th gear. Turn hard left, as hard as you can, down on the bottom line. Keep the accelerator mashed all the way.

As you exit the turn you'll likely bounce off the wall, but that doesnt matter. As soon as you see the straight, even if youre gonna hit the wall, apply NOS. Straighten out, but dont waste too much time. Just keep the NOS and throttle full.

You'll start to wheelie and redline in 5th. When you break 310MPH shift to 6th and leave it at full throttle and full NOS. Just keep it full all the way down the straight.

The car redlines again at about 370 or so, dips down, but immediately goes back up and the speed starts climbing again and youll hit 380 right at the line.

If you have to, go to driving park and just run around there for awhile, bc you dont have to worry about backtracking and the run ending. I hit 381 and let off, but prolly wouldve gotten another 10 MPH before I hit the wall.

I am just wondering if this could be different because of the different version of the game, I am in Australia so I am using the PAL Australian Release..

Well I have tried everything, Every tire and the settings he said as well as the "HOW TO" and I managed a 350.xx mph and thats all I can get out of it.

Yeah I use MT, I have just sold my GTone and a few other cars to go buy a new GTone, they cost 4.5 Million so I am still short but I will make the $$$ soon.

I have tried your settings and I cannot do it, although I don't think it's your fault. I think it's because of the version of the game, like I said before I have the PAL australian version and I top out at 350 mph with your settings and "HOW TO"

The only things I can think of are maybe a oil change.

Other then That I dont know, even when I mees up and give too much angle and my wheelie bangs the wall, I still can pull numbers in the 370 range.

Maybe a rigity refreshner, I know that helps when the cars starts to act up.

Ha, I wore out my GT-ONE on that track. 1,625 km. And that car wouldnt stay at 1158 HP. After every race I kept loosing horsepower.
It's sold now :(

Oil is changed and I change to sixth gear around the 310-313 mph mark. The rigity refresher is fine also, so I don't know what is going on really.

Hmmmmmm Bizar.

Best bet is to sell the beast and start over (I dont think the game edition is a factor) maybe there has just been too much done and redone, Its worth a shot, run the DTM race if your short on cash. :crazy:

It's been sold already and after I finish the rally I am doin right now i'll buy another GTone and see what happens..

ASM Will slow you down too, make sure its off (All settings need to be exact, even TCS 2) go around the track backwards, hit nos while in the turn, hell hit the wall even it dont matter you can still do it, just hold the NoS and gas relentlesly. your shifting at the right time (providing the nose doesnt dip, if so wait longer to shift).

other then that Im having a brain fart :crazy:

Yep the ASM is off, and I am doing exactly what you said.
 
when exactly do u hit NOS and let it go into 5th?

I'm upto 359.88 mph now so slowely climbing up but 380 looks along way away.
 
Well the set up is legit to give her 380mph, Im trying to find a second car that can acheve it, The next best I got is 365mph with the Minolta, I got a bunch of cars doing wheelies

GTone, R8, Minolta, Escudo, Toyota 7.

So far the R8 is the most fun, it leaves a trail of sparks when doing it wheelie and it holds the wheelie quite well.

yes... but i want to make the 600 km/h barrier.....that is fast.....

i'm wondering..if the strait in nurburgring is bigger than the test course?
anyone?

I think is bigger...but the road isn't soft....the car rolls badly in the ''ring'' i think that's because doen't make more speed values
