334mph Minolta 4 wheels on the ground, & My GTone Goes faster, but I aint got the figure now Ill check it out later, but 334mph I got with the Minolta about 2 months ago before I started tuning the Wheelie cars. I took it a Step Further. Dont hate if you cant participate.

I also fail to see how posting it as a Wheelie set and Time is failing to mention anything or cheating, Like I said I got 334mph 2 months ago, and My GTone is Faster (Can you do faster on 2 or 4 wheels? So why Hate?)
 
Agreed. It's not like the topic says "Post your top speed" and people are posting wheelie times and not telling anyone. It says "Post your top speed - wheelie trick", and people are posting their top speeds with the wheelie. Do you get pissed at people who post pictures of their cars going through the wall at Monaco? Sheeze, it's a part of the game, they can post about it if they want. Can you beat their top speeds doing a wheelie? No? Why's that? Oh, because maybe it still takes some skill just like on 4 wheels and you aren't versatile enough? Don't come in a thread specifically about something and complain that people post about it. If you want to complain about it start your own thread.

i'm spanish boy, speak very little english, mi top speed with minolta and wheelie is 591,36km/h - 367,7MPH and no wheelie: 550 km/h

the 382 MPH is that imposible in mi game pal version... gt-one max speed 362/3 MPH...

No it is possible, I have the pal version too and i also have the toyota gt1 as my fastest car, I have the black one you can buy from the used dealer and it reached 378mph, maybe with a brand new one i could squeese those couple of extra mph out of it but i dont think it makes to much difference, Just keep tuning and good luck. :)
 
i have the two gt-one red and black and following the instructions and with this set-up not me yet these speeds not from distant view i hope that one understands well that i have used an internet translator

my new record is 595,13 km/h with the bentley speed 8!
 
ok, i dont know how u guys go so fast with the ford gt.... does that come from tuning? because i dnno much bout tuning, but if that makes it go so fast, i wana learn.... when i got a ford gt, i put everyhing on it, maximum hp, but not rlly fast..... how u guyus do it?
 
I got 501km/h in my Nissan R92CP, thats bout 311mph. U need to make sure theres as little downforce as possible, put a stage 4 turbo on and nos. U need to keep trying to get it so you redline it and run out of nos just as u cross the finish line, which means u need to race it then play with the gearing a bit.

Whats everybodys quickest 400m (1/4mile) time??? i ran an 8.5 in my ford gt i think, it might have bin the jag xj220 race car, but it was about 8.5, 8.6. I lost all my data by turning the ps2 off too soon :ouch: so i cant be sure. It hasnt bin as much of a priority as getting all my cars and completion rate back...
 
yeah, the highest speed I have seen was like 385mph in a gt-one. but this is how you do it-

take a really fast car (lmp/group-c car with big turbo and nos)
no tcs or asm
ride height as low as possible
springs as soft as possible, same for shocks
no toe
nos to full
all downforce at back, none at front.
and raise the gear ratio

hit the nos right as you get onto the straight, and the nose should raise as you go down the straight. try changing the gear ratios untill you get top speed. 👍

you may also find that having super hard rear tires and med - super soft tires in the front will help you carry the most speed onto the straight.
 
280.07 mph (450.72 km/h) -Cerbera Speed 12 (with NOS)
[400 meter time] 8.736- Nissan Skyline GT-R '00 (new) (no NOS)

400 meter was done in vegas (same as power and speed 400 meter, though)

Neither involved a wheelie (that I could see, anyway)
