Im sure i configured my nsx the exact same way and my pp is 655, cant understand what i am doing wrong.
No wide body, rims 19 (wide), front A, side B and custom wing
NSX '17 is out from Tokyo event. I don't know what they did with it , but even with Sport hard tires trying to put some more HP , the car is very slow. The pack is going away .. They've kill the car . I'll try to find another pretender.

My only car I’m having success with is my Subaru GrB Rally car. Not the road car. It does really well stock with a turbo and SH tires. It’s so easy to slide it around the track so it’s kinda perfect for rain events IMO. It has good power at 600pp too. You can make it 10+ laps on FM1 so you could probably do a no stop race with it if the SH tires will last 12 laps.

How can you adjust your settings and re-measure to check results now? Physically do a lap and watch car and study every replay..?!🤔

Before you could raise/ lower any setting, and then "triangle" would recalculate pp.
(By doing a simulated run in the car supposedly)

But, now that suspension, and diff have no effect on pp, how can you tell if your improving your rotational g or acceleration times?!

Im sorry, but we all know that is bs-

THIS MAY NOT EFFECT PP, BUT WE ALL KNOW IN THE REAL WORLD, SUSPENSION HANDLING IS A MAJOR PART OF PERFORMANCE!

I FEEL BAD YOU HAVE TO RE VISIT SO MANY TUNES!!

How do you tune suspension and differential if it does not effect pp now???!!!

Honestly the main reason I visit. No problem tuning trans and down force, but enjoy your suspension work! Was looking forward to nice low slung cars again...

I was going to buy another Veneno, by my invite expired on the 25th.
This is what i got, ignore the colour but i love it,i`ve not got chance to try it yet.I grabbed these screenshots to show you,i also used just sports suspension so i dont know if its any good, full custom susp ups the PP but not by a lot so....If its any good or you can tweek it by my guest,i`ve not messed with any set up so @praiano63 may be able to work his magic. 👍

If you touch the clutch, change the pr.
I take all the aid.

Yup. It’s the weight reduction that screwed me. I’ll have to wait for another invite.

Praiano is way better at tuning than anyone I know who posts on here, but I’ll tell you what I do as a novice tuner. Suspension settings and diff settings don’t effect pp now, so I first play with the power output and different turbo set ups and types of tires and also aero to get the PP down to the level of the race I’m setting it up for.

As far as suspension and diff tuning, I change one thing at a time that I think will help with what issue it’s having (ie understeer, oversteer, stability). I do one thing at a time to see if I made it better or worse. If you change multiple things then you don’t know what made it better or worse. I don’t always do a few laps. I do it by feel and lap times, but often I can tell if something is way worse after just a turn or two. I don’t think many people have the time or patience to analyze laps replays like studying game film.

That’s just how I do it, I’ve always been curious as to Praiano’s process. Especially, since he does so many so fast and also has a job and apparently also sleeps at night. Hah.

My Veneno have already weight reduction 4 for 700PP , impossible to set it at 600pp.
My next 700PP setting i'll publish soon will be able to race 600PP who have a full weight config car.

I agree! using the games "beyond the apex" tuning guide, etc, but now those things dont effect pp calculations, so you pretty much have to make an adjust and do a physical lap test-

Whereas before, you could kinda tune to a certain pp by making adjustments and using measure tool. Playing with it last night, and one click of rear aero, pp went from 674 to 602- 72 pp with one click, shows the system is still broken and there are ways to exploit it.

The "measure function" is only for aero, weight tire, and power adjustment changes now...

Hi @praiano63 . Greetings again from South Africa. This new tune for the C9 is awesome ! The amount of traction that the car has is just insane ! Thank you and as always, your work is appreciated 🍕🍕
I Can't wait for a tune for the Mazda 787 👀
All my cars pre 1.23 are still good regard to their balance and driving behaviors. There is no difference about physics at all.
But it's a fact that they can be more performant now.
The cards are differents for a different game. Rear Downforce reduce PP , Front downforce increase PP . All the suspensions settings don't have any influence to PP. You just need to play with this cards now.

Sauber C9 is great! Thanks! Used it for the new 800PP in Tokyo. Very easy. At Sardegna 800 i had some 1:36 laps which is great for me (on controller, automatic transmission, DR:B). As i drive AT i didn't use the fully customizeable transmission and used the PPs for more power. Will try custom transm. tomorrow.

That’s what I’m curious about. I know there have to be cars where you made compromises in tuning to keep it under a certain PP level. However, that’s such a huge job to go back and test and fix them all. Unless you took notes or something. I couldn’t imagine being able to go from memory. If so, I’d be very impressed. Haha

Dear gawd, there is something very wrong with the Huracan GR4 tune. I just tried it at Le Mans. It normally does well for me there and it was sliding all over the place. Even on RM tires.

Brands hatch was the specific track for it .... before 1.23.

Aston Martin DBR9 GT1 '10 - 730PP - Racing Hard Tires - All Around

Extremely fast anywhere. Top 1 lap at Suzuka , a combination of grip , power & speed.Very performant on this kind of track.

To build the manual fully custom gearbox do like this.
1st : Bring the top speed to minimum full left 250 kmh
2d: set every individual gears from 6th to 1st at the ratios writen on the sheet
3rd: Set the final gear ratio to 3.115 for SPA or similar
For any other faster or slower track , set the final gear the way you want. You'll need after to add or take out some power with the help ECU limiter. Messing with the gearbox change your PP .

Enjoy your drive.
This was my fastest , most consistant GR.3 car at 800pp. After 1.23 update it went to 809 pp. Curious how @praiano63 would retune this car?

thank you it's really nice for others who try their best to propose tune.
Yep that was rude, unnecessary and uncalled for but it's also an incredibly uneducated statement.
Praiano's tunes have always put a strong emphasis on rendering cars behaved and predictable.
There's always been faster tunes than Mr.P's, usually trading some stability and predictability for rotation speed.
It's just that these tunes often require a much higher driving skill level to push hard than Praiano's machines.

I think that something in the lines of : "I found Praiano's tunes to be the best match to my driving style/skills of all the tunes and garages I found in here."would have been not only a much more accurate statement, but also wouldn't belittle the works coming out of all these garages we should be nothing except grateful for.

10 laps on FM1?? I gotta this. Which turbo do you use?
