I know you made this over a year ago, but do you have any idea what livery you used for this car? I think it looks amazing and I want to put it on my car when I buy it. I know you make some liveries so It might be one you made. Thanks. 😄😄😄
The livery design creator name SEnn279

Hello Praiano, Im looking for some advice I have a race tomorrow afternoon in deep forest with cars up to 600pp only limitation is no engine swap and no nitrous, some people are doing 1.32 and I can't seem to go anywhere below 1.33 with a nissan r32, any sugestions?

Renault R.S.01 '16 - MAXED - Racing Soft tires - All Tracks - 1.43
This car is as fast as my best GR3 cars maxed on SPA. Would need a few more top speed for Daytona but the grip is really superior. A real pilot car. Great driving pleasure.
Superior handling and huge grip.
Tested on Sardegna.

However the tyre wear is massive on the rear tyres. Perhaps the price to pay for such high mechanical grip?

Audi R8 4.2 '07 - 600 PP - Sport Medium Tires - Nordschleife - 1.34
Subaru Impreza Sedan WRX STI '04 - 600PP - Sport medium Tires - All Track - 1.34
Subaru Impreza 22B STI '98 - 600 PP - Racing Medium Tires - Nordschleife - 1.41
Mitsubishi GTO Twin Turbo '91 - 600PP - Sport Hard/medium Tires - Tokyo/Nordschleife - 1.41

I think there is no faster than Ford Mustang Boss 429 '69 - 600 PP - Sport Soft Tires - Tokyo - 1.41
Dominant car due to a PP glitch.
It lap 1:30 regular , need to use to it some few laps , the last fast left turn , need to control with a very light deceleration releasing 1 cm your right foot . Or full gas if you're able and safe. I use TC1 for safety. You can this special setting.

I have an old one i don't think i've published . I'm far to be a Le Mans specialist. I only low the rear ride height to be more stable and gain some top speed. I'm 3:18 with it with a lot of room for better time.

I tried it out, but it feels way too understeer-ish entering the last 2 sectors, which made me lose a lot of time (Around 4 seconds) compared to my 937,46PP setup which did around 3:15

Only problem with that one? It oversteers like a b*tch.

@praiano63 I totally agree. What's yours fav track? Mine is the nurburgring. Right now the evo 3 with swap is my fav car. Love tracks that gives me a heart attacks lol

Can’t agree more on the Ford Boss for Tokyo. Yeah, it’s really fast, but that’s not only what makes it amazing for Tokyo. Given what you’d expect from high power American muscle cars of this era, and considering how difficult the wet track already is early in the race even with great handling cars, it is unbelievable how well holds a line through the track.

it's extremelly fast on Deep forest , not the best handling car for sure but to win a lobby race it's perfect.

Has anyone else found the lap time challenge with the McLaren VGT at Suzuka noticeably more difficult than most? I can’t get past bronze.*

*At least not in the amount of time and effort I normally afford these challenges. It’s not a gold license or mission! If only you could tune this one Praiano!

I did a 1:39.575 after checking the Kie25 video. 1st and 2d gears are unusables , only to give some rotation entering slow corners.

I appreciate your educating us on how to tweak the tunings to prioritize grip vs. speed. So I just wanted to confirm what you think should be prioritized when looking at the WTC900 races.

Autopolis (Full Course) - Grip?
Nurburgring (GP Course) - Grip?
Suzuka (Full Course) - Grip?
Trial Mountain (Full Course) - Grip?
Circuit de la Sarthe (24 Le Mans) - Speed

Do any of those others besides Le Mans should we be prioritizing Speed?

Nissan R33 GT-R V-Spec '97 - 700PP - Racing Hard tires - All around - SWAP - 1.36

Engine Swap :VRH36Z-R92CP
Wide Body
Rims 17" Rim Width Wide Offset Wide

Front A
Side A
Rear A
Wing Custom

Excelent any track. Top car 700PP. On Le Mans of course due to good consumption FM1 for 4 laps.

Just take care on heavy braking at high speed when you give some wheel angle . (End of straight for example)

Trying to do this tune right now, but unfortunately I don't think it works anymore =(

Yes , but there is not only 2 grip and speed settings. Between both extremes , you'll have to test and fine tune with the help of your ghost for any track.
If you reach the max PP level , you have to set the aerodynamic for more understeer and more HP speed or more front grip and less power speed.
If the PP level is not reached , just take care the best balance over all. Then when you find this perfect balance for you , increase or decrease both front and rear downforce same amount to find the sweet spot between speed and grip for a given track.

FWIW, Nurburgring (driving it is on my real life bucket list) was a place where I always prioritized setting up for grip for obvious reasons. However, and I think it's because it's such a difficult course to pass on, I actually got better in race results (as opposed to lap times) when I went more for top end speed. Enough grip to hang close, pass the slower cars, while lining up for the huge straight near the end of the course to pass and outclass the other cars with top speed.

What do you think of this car Praiano? Skyline is one of my favorites (so says every kid who grew up on GT, yes I know). The R34 GT-R V-Spec II Nur with your tune is my overall favorite car to drive in GT7. Your R32 all track tune is right up there, and your GT-R '17 SWAP setup might be, pound for pound, the most performant car in the entire game. Never mind the R34 Nur with the R92CP swap which is a cheat code.

For some reason the R33 leaves me flat. I've given it a few spins, tried a few tunes, but don't the same feel and enjoyment that I get from its younger and older siblings. Curious how you compare them.

The older R33 setting was still ok but more radical . I don't like lazzy cars , it was done to be driven on the edge only. Now it's +- as fast as the old one but you can lap the same at racing pace.
In game , my favorite is the R34 . I love the handling , very reactive and same.
In real life i don't know at all. No real car , not even a bicycle. This is my daily way of transport.

Ha! I was speaking only in game, but those are some sweet flops! R34 is your favorite overall or just of the Skylines?
