Hi again praiano.

I race alot with your LFA tune, and the 550pp is good, i can drive it under 6:30 but I think you can make that tune better. Cuz sometimes the car got soms oversteer. So my question is: could you make a New tune?

Thank you in advance.

Great M3 coupe '07 tune, the trans tuning helped it out a lot too. Thanks

Thanks my friend, enjoy your drive.

I mean understeer. And the car is also very bouncing

Is it online ok? If so this may be a problem and most cars are bouncy at the ring.

Exact, remember it's an online tune, it's normal a little understeer for offline use.
If you still have the same problem online , just try to low the rear of the car (or raise the front).
Now it's -15/-10 , try a -15/-12 or -15/-15 or -10/-15.
Gradually in this order till you feel better with the tune. This is the easiest modification to do for the moment because i can't check by myself for the moment ( i'm not playing for a few months.)
This car is not an easy car to tune and this actual balance was hard to find. Ride height is the only thing you can fix to fit your driving style.

Hey Praiano, what ride height do you recommend to use online for your CHEVROLET CORVETTE Z06 (C6) ‘06 tune?

Hello, this car is already ONLINE OK , so the ride height 05/15 is the good one for online use. My cars are generally neutral. Depending the way you like, you can low the rear if you want a more happy tail car with more oversteer.Like i've said first, with this ,you have the possibility to adapt the car to your own driving style without messing with the overall behaviors of the car.

Have a good night .:)

Okay, so I tried one or two of you're tunes and didn't think much about it since I've been testing and seeing whose tunes fit my driving style. Well, I have to say: you sir, have hit the nail on the head, get ready for my review of 9 of your tunes and input on a spec I vs spec II problem with the trans gear ratios. I also use your trans tuning method onall my cars now!

Just so I don't have to say it on each review, I can't believe how fast the trans tuning gets these cars in such little time. There will be an asterisk (star) by each one that I am exceptionally amazed with.

First, I use a DS3, all aid off except ABS1, steer sens. 2

Pontiac GTO 5.7 '04 -
I forgot to tune the trans and instead of ballast just held off of st.3 weight red.
RH tires, Laguna Seca 1:27.2xx
Great car, handling is amazing, with tuned trans would be quicker (my fault!) since it would dive bomb at 3/4 through a turn. Again if I tuned the trans I believe this wouldn't have happened.

Dodge Challenger SRT8 '08*
This is the best time I've had at Laguna Seca ever! I'm also a MOPAR addict (can't tell by my name can you? lol) Superbly fast, just like the viper the speed creeps up on you, fast!
RS, Laguna Seca 1:27.3xx

Subaru Impreza WRX STi Spec C type RA '05 RM*
I went another step and RM'ed it and it didn't make a difference, THIS TUNE WORKS! On Grand Valley Speedway limited speed tunnels (last 2) once you see the light at the end of the tunnel give it the beans and she'll scream out of there like a cat in a bonfire!
RS, Grand Valley Speedway 1:52.2

Nissan GT-R Schulze Motorsport '11
I thought I had this tuned, man was I wrong! I threw it off a couple corners but that's entirely my fault not the tune.
RS, Suzuka Circuit 1:55.5xx

Lamborghini Gallardo 560-4 '08*
Never got a 'street' car out of the third chicane (into the straight) at 130mph until now! Absolutely no rear end runout even in 1st gear. First lap was a 1:48.9, and last was 1:43.5, but I test in actual races to farm the credits and lapped 12th place so I won't count it (draft)
RS, Autodromo Nazionale Monza 1:45.5xx

NOMAD Diablo*
Just when I thought the Gally was great, the devil is better! But be careful after in the 2nd gear turns after chicane no.2, if you shift into 5th after the 2nd one you'll likely end up eating gravel in hell!
RS, Autodromo Nazionale Monza 1:38.9xx

HKS CT230R '08
Just about any time spent on a tune for this car and it's great, but you have brought it to the next level. I didn't know I could take the esses that fast!
RS, Suzuka Circuit 2:00.3xx

Audi RS6 Avant '08*****
I guess you noticed all the stars? That's because you got me my fastest Nurb Nord time, WITH A STATION WAGON!! I even went onto the grass and slowed a lot, twice! In 5th gear shifting up at 170-175mph it gets a whole new life! Once you get used to not jamming the brakes and skidding off into a wall this is a beast! I somehow managed a few more HP than your post, but 3-4 don't make the race! Oh yeah, it's faster than the Gally at Monza!
RS, Nurburgring Nordshleife 6:59.134 (held back by AI a couple times)
RS, Autodromo Nazionale Monza 1:44.5xx

Thanks for the great work and willingness to share it with the world. You sir are awesome!

edit: the SLS AMG, Challenger R/T RM, and ARTA Garaiya '08 have spec I transmission gear ratios

Thanks for this review. The ones i most like to drive of those cars are Pontiac GTO 5.7 '04 and Nissan GT-R Schulze Motorsport '11. I love the way they move around any track.
Have a good day.

Ok thx man.
I tried them and with -10/-15 the car handles alot.
Ill hope you be back soon on GT5, I wanna race with you!

I haven't forgotten you sir, gonna check out your HKS update soon. Been super busy w/the new seasonal and trying to get the car collector trophy. This will unlock my Platnium...finally!!! I will then test the Hypermax online at a shorter track against your original tune, and Adrenaline's as well. Will reply w/feedback asap. Not Nurb., because the first was amazing there. Did notice though can't do 2.0 fr camber, 3.0 is lowest possible.
I also enjoy Adrenaline and Motor City Hami's tunes, and plan to try CSL's. However, your tunes are outstanding, and are perfect for my driving style. Then the fact you prob have the biggest and best selection. I have adopted your gearing concepts, they are superb! Adrenaline and Dr.Slump have similar for the close gearing method, I use yours whenever possible and when not can do either regular or close myself.
Your 450pp 86 GT '12 is awesome for the new 500pp seasonal! Depending on the track and lead car, it can be limited to the 350-400 range for serious bank due to the login & perf.diff. bonuses. Again, many thanks!

When you come back you have to make a setup for the Renault Clio Sport Trophy V6 24V Race Car with sports soft tires. Do a lot of races with him and are great fun. Write it on your list ;)

Hi Praiano
You have some good tune for Audi S4 03?

Many thanks for all your work, I really start to enjoy my drive since I found this thread!

hi praiano
you have some good tune for audi s4 03?

Many thanks for all your work, i really start to enjoy my drive since i found this thread!

Hello my friend. I've never made a tune for this car because the stock is almost perfect. Very fast, very safe any condition and track. At least this is what i was feeling about it one year ago. Perhaps today if i could tune it, it would be possible to let it a few better but really just a few.
A better gearbox for a special track, a more specific LSD perhaps. This car stay one of the faster 550PP without any tune.

Enjoy the game

I found something at page 36, muito obrigado praiano!! :)

Okay, some more tests, I just love your tunes! As before, I use ds3, driving line (to make testing more equal), abs 1, and steering sens 2.

Dodge Challenger SRT8 TC
I just couldn't get used to it in 5 laps, but towards the end it was getting better.
RH tires, Laguna Seca 1:27.200 A full 1/10th faster than the normal, which in races like this, it does make a difference

Audi R8 4.2 FSI R tronic 550pp tune
I tried this out on a fully modded car so my HP/TQ was 714/462 respectively, and I believe with slight modifications to the tune (hint hint :D) I could be running quicker. I went off at the turn where you shift to 5th before the 2nd gear ~180-ish (Aremburg) and a couple other places I had to fight it back on track, but didn't lose as much time/ speed. Works great though getting me:
RH, Nurburgring Nordschleife 6:57.3xx

Suzuki Escudo Dirt Trial Car
The description is so, so true! Except he must be better at the Nurb than me. This car will make you feel like you are playng GT for the first time! I went off on about 1/3rd of the turns. Although, once I got first place (GT all stars race) even going off track I didn't lose position! All around fun car once you get used to it.
RS, Nurb Nord 6:20.025

That's it for now, but I noticed the 2000 Cobra R's stock gears are 3.55's as in the actual car, and you have 3.310 listed as default. And, if you have time, would you be willing to do a BMW M5 '08 tune? Fully modded if you don't mind? Thanks for the tunes!

Thanks for the tunes!

I use a DS3, Mr Praiano uses a wheel.

Yes he is faster than you at Nurb. He is faster than most at Nurb. I wish he was on GT Academy to see how fast he could go.

I thank him for his tunes. The R35TC is a 650PP monster. I use a Praiano tune as a base even if it isn't exactly what I'm after. If the PP is too high or low, then I put on Praiano's tune and then modify it to suit my needs.

Thank you for the reviews. Maybe you could start a review with a lap time before you tune it and then a lap time after you tune it. But keep up the good work.

Thanks for the little review, the Suzuki Escudo Dirt Trial Car is my funniest car (together with the PEUGEOT 205 TURBO 16 '85 // OFFLINE TUNE https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?p=5915483#post5915483) . Generally people say that my tunes are just efficient but not very fun because i always try to prioritize the driving line stability to maintain the speed.
But, there is no other way to drive this car, and the best thing is that the Escudo can be fun and very fast this way and no other.
Try to insist to find the good driving style (a bit crazy style) and you'll laugh a lot alone with your game letting some good people behind, remember it's an online tunes.:):):):scared::nervous::crazy::crazy:

Thanks my friend , enjoy the tunes, enjoy your drive. GT Academy would be fun to do , but i miss so much my G27 after so much time that any 2CV Citroen on Indy oval can make my day.:scared::dopey:
There is a lot of people much more faster than me , even on the Nurburgring , i did some few event with my GTP account and there you realise how medium you can be , racing against a lot of ETs , and they are not a few.....:scared::scared:

Have a good night everybody and enjoy the game, you're alls lucky guys.

I still don't know my friend, the season of the Red snapper goes till december , after this 4 months very cool at home most of the time. For the moment i spend my days in hotels between the harbor and the processing plants. Very hard to organize first, but i hope in a couple of months i'll be able to rent a place with a net connection. After i just have to ask my kids to send me the cockpit wheel and PS3 (1500 km away from here.:indiff::indiff:). Just a question of time.

I plan also to present video tunes ,with a new capture device that a friend from Malasia sent to me, after i've made some winning tunes for him.

Till there i have to work hard to feed my kids. :) :) Patience is the key to paradise. :):)

Good night everybody.

Hello friend just stoping by to say hello. Here's a video of your RX-7 TC tune at Nurburgring
6.06:xxx was my best lap at cruising speed

Hello my friend, nice lap. I just don't understand one thing, why the front tires are always red in every turn ? even when you're not under strong braking or during corner exit... It never hapen to me with the G27 during the tuning session, or not so much.
Do you use a wheel or PAD ? This is an Online tune so it can show some understeer offline, did you try with the front ride height set to 5 ?
For sure there is something wrong with the balance of the car.Need a front more planted ,or a rear more free....
It seems very strange to me , in a race with the tire wear on, you will not finish the first lap like this.
You can do one thing , first , set the downforce to minimum, try to balance the car increasing front ride height and/or decreasing rear ride height, then when you'll find the spot, put the full downforce again. I would be glade if you can experience this for me please.
Thanks a lot, have a good day.
