Thanks , enjoy the game .
Hi praiano, when do you think you'll be back on gt5?
hey praiano,do you have any four wheel drive tips because everytime i make a tune for a four wheel drive car like the gtr and the aventador they understeer so much that its impossible to get rid and im using a diffferent wheel but the same stuff your steering wheel got
Hello my friend. Each car is a special case but for a 4WD that show some understeer, i generally use a minimum torque split of 35/65 or above ,low front LSD value, higher rear accel LSD and low rear decel. Higher front ride height than rear, low or negative rear TOE, lower front compression dampers and front ARB than rear.... More or less like a lazy FF tune but with the rear propulsion to help for the pivot. A car with a lazy front but able to induce a little power slide is a good solution to turn faster.
Tsukuba or laguna are perfect track to set any 4WD car.
Have a good night.

I haven't had a chance to use your TOYOTA 86 GT '12 tune on the new DLC Scion. Have you or anyone else in here tried it out or is that car going to need a new specific tune?
Love your tunes Praiano! I always use your work as a baseline.
same here, not far from home but in a new one...
the basement needs to be finished before i can touch the wheel,
kind of a motivation for me.....
you all have a good one!!

I tune the car with racing hard tires but any softer tire is OK.
Enjoy.
lldantelljust changed some values on the suspension on my formula gt and now it much better.it grip a lot better but this thing still could spin so yeah it is a good suspension tune on your tune but its still hard try to keep the car from spinning.
Bfc_1882If you try adding a little weight to the front it might make it a bit more stable
lldantellAnd I did that to my formula gt too

Hey Praiano, you know some FULL Tuning for cars
"Opel Corsa Comfort 1.4 '01",
"Vauxhall Corsa Comfort 1.4 '01",
"Ford Ka" ?
thanks
=)
I haven't tried it on the formula gt but it did work on my F2007, I could get the throttle on much earlier coming out of the corners and I'm guessing that there fairly similar.
Thank you so much for all the great tunes Praiano! Valeu!
Keep up the good work, will be waiting for your return!
praiano63Huge downforce , this is the similar point they have. For me the F2007 is easiest to drive fast. This ferrari is a beast.
Hi , i know a clueless Vauxhall Corsa Comfort 1.4 tune from theo777 who did excellents tunes in the last shootouts. It's 400PP sport hard tires.

Good luck and good drive.
Praiano,
Just to say: Fu:censored: awesome tune!!!
This car was impossible to drive, the rear started to slide like a maniac even on the simple of corners. Now, its glued to the road...
Excellent job mate. 5 stars!!!
Merry Xmas my friend! (Feliz Natal).

👍 couldn´t agree more, thanks Praiano for your awesome tunes.
AUDI R10 TDI RACE CAR '06 // 700PP // ONLINE OK.
I tune this car because it was a nightmare to drive even slowly. Now it's easy , almost no oversteer at acceleration , and it's smooth to handle. But stay concentrate on your direction and throttle. This is a race car not a "fiat panda".
Anyway, my goal was to let it easy, as fast as possible with comfort for the driver. Even like this, it's 1'45" at Suzuka and 5'43" on the Nurburgring Nordschleife online. Good on GVS or any other track i've tested.
Enjoy your drive.
Hey Praiano,
Wanted to give you a "tip of the hat" for your Mclaren F1 setup. I've looked at a lot of tunes and yours definitely suits my driving better than any I've come across.
Was hoping you might be to educate me on transmission settings... see below for the specifics.
I've focused my efforts on the current Grand Valley Reverse TT. Currently I'm about 600 (nothing to brag about but it's a personal best for me)
While trying to improve I loaded the number 1's replay and can't understand his trans settings... seems to me like he has it geared much lower than all the tunes I've played with and although. I know he's short shifting to keep traction under control, I still am at a loss to create anything that seems to be near the setup.
Thanks
It's an online tune, correct it with the ride height.Low the rear and /or raise the front till you feel comfortable. Like i wrote, this car is horrible stock, i just let it drivable, it will never be a top car in his range.Maybe it's because I'm using a DS3, but this car still understeers to the point where I can't even drive it.
I can't access GT5 to check the replay number 1 by myself. How many PP is this Time Trial ?
Generally for this kind of event and with this powerfull cars. The "tranny trick" is the gears setting that suit the best.

After this you need to adapt your max speed at the fastest point of the circuit to match with the Max power RPM ( check on the power graph), use your final gear setting to module your speed, never the max speed setting cursor.
The MCLaren F1 have a huge torque. This will help to accelerate out low speed turns , with very long first and second gears. Good also to reduce wheel spin.
After this ,check the good RPM to shift, not always the red zone.
For example , if you have 1000 rpm dif between gears shifting and for example your max power at 7500 rpm, then you have to shift at 8000 rpm to retake at 7000 rpm. even if the red zone is at 8500 rpm.
This is for a regular power curve. Others grow or fall imediatly, before or after the max power rpm .
Also check the driving line of the POS 1 replay. Sometime, mostly in hairpin or others slow turns , they try to find quicker the line to acceleratte earlier and use all the power they have under the right foot.
They don't lose time around the slow apex waiting for the good driving line.
