No downshift bug fix? Or maybe it's outside the patch notes?
Has it been reported? Or, it could be in the next fix, or maybe they cannot replicate it!
At least they appear to be active.

I haven't noticed this but i did notice that the fuel level has changed per car. 30L in the abarth AC is nearly full bar, 30L in a GT3 is just above the red bar. Don't think that was the case before the update.I'm finding that several cars have broken fuel level feedback in the PS4 version. For example, the HUD may not display a full tank despite having maximum fuel on the setup screen. Sometimes the dashboard fuel gauge is affected too. Does the PC version also suffer from this?
I'd report it to 505 games support. Specific feedback is more likely to help them in sorting bugs and issues.I was having some very strange problems with the Nissan GT3 today where it wasn't revving properly, resulting in extremely slow acceleration accompanied by a whining, sputtering noise.
Also couldn't downshift as I approached turn 1 at Spa, tried shifting down from 4th and it got stuck in 3rd. Paddles pressed multiple times, then eventually shifted. Wouldn't accelerate through the gears afterwards, as if I'd changed the final drive to something quite ridiculous. Had to restart the game to sort it. And that happened twice today, and only in this car.

At some point, maybe? I've had as many as 3 consecutive taps of the paddle not shift. Was the ABS kicking in during downshift?
It has happened to me a few times in the Huracan, at first i was like wtf. Then i put it down to me downshifting early and the protecor kicking in ( can't recall if gt3 cars have protection?) any it was obvious after a few times there is a problem .The missed downshift thing got me bad tonight. Was in Huracan GT3 at nordschleife online, having a pretty close race with some guy. It had been missing the whole race, but finally distracted me/caused understeer being in too high a gear going into a turn and I looped. Hoping it's related to the DOR bug somehow and the hotfix corrects it...
Anyhow I ran out of gas on lap 3 of that race so I was doomed to begin with.
Yea I've dipped well into the bottom half of the rev range on multiple occasions. It upsets the whole driving process quite effectively. It has happened to me a few times in the Huracan, at first i was like wtf. And I really hope they fix the session length issues soon (for lack of better way of describing.) the uncertainty of not knowing how long you will sit there in qualifying after the clock hits zero, or in the pits after the race ends... awful.
I think we sat in nordschleife for 40 mins after qualifying "ended." I wanted to quit but the room was full, so I just went off and raced along with random people for several laps. I assume it needs a certain number of people to post a valid qualifying time?
Ha, maybe that's why it always seems to happen at the worst times.. when at 10/10 and under pressureI've noticed if you're heavy on the brakes and a lot of ABS kicks in you'll get the missed downshifts. Where as if you're hard in the brakes initially then ease off before the ABS has a chance to activate the downshifts are flawless.
Hi Fellas, long time lurker, first post.
The very first post after ~11 years, shouldn't that be published in the news feed?

Whilst playing last night, I noticed the turbo sounds [spool up and blow off] are missing on the Supra ND. They were definitely there before the 1.09 update.
Can someone else check this and confirm?
I thought is wasn't great when I tried it too. Seemed to have a lot of understeer for a Ferrari. Hopefully the GT3 will be nice though. Whenever we finally get hold of that.I think the patch improved the shifting issue, but I was still occasionally dipping down into the basement revs due to failed downshift in the 488 at nordschleife. It seemed improved though. Also, I don't like that car.
Are you playing through a surround sound system, or 2 channel?ND? I just drove the regular Supra in version 1.10 on PS4. The turbo sounds do not seem as loud as they used to be but the effects are still there. AC's sound engine was updated in the previous game update, meaning that the audio levels and effects for many cars were rebalanced and changed.
Edit: On a second thought, maybe I'm just hearing the turbo whine from the Supra and many other cars with turbos. I paid attention to this while driving several of them earlier tonight and some of the turbo sound effects definitely seem to be gone. That's odd.

Talking about the downshift bug with the T300, i did open a ticket on the support... Opened it in Italian so maybe they'll read it fast lol

It's one of those cars that seems impossible to recover if it goes off the rails at all. And it's easy to go off the rails, twitchy and loose would be an ok assessment.I experienced it a few times at first with the Porsche 918 since you have to really mash the brake then adjusted memory on it.
How come you don't like the 488, twitchy and loose? It is quite a fun car.
