It was meant as an extra help to see were the blanks need to be filled in ;)

Let me give it a shot. By the way, notice how the cars from the Motorsport Pack and the Japanese pack are included in this list:

Group A is easy: the missing cars are the Audi V8 DTM and the Nissan Skyline R32.

GT3 is easy: missing cars are the Lamborghini Huracan GT3 and GT3 version of the Renault RS-01.

GTLM is easy: missing car is the Ferrari 488 GTLM.

LMP1 is easy: missing car is the Toyota TS040, confirmed by the devs themselves already.

Touring Car is easy: the Astra TCR is the missing car. Note how the fictional cars are called TCRs.

Give me a few moments to research and I'll see what else I can uncover.

Vintage Touring Car: Ferrari 365 GTB

I wonder with how many we are left with to discover?

Incomplete:
Group 5 - 5/6
GTO - 4/6
GT1 - 5/7
LMP900 - 3/5
Vintage Prototype 2/3
Vintage Touring Car - 6/9
Road Cars - 9 / 46
Track Day - 9/11

Complete:
Group A - 5/5
GTE - 5/5
GT3 - 18/18
LMP1 - 4/4
Touring Car - 4/4

Added yours to the list @warp9engage

Yes, one should be Formula Rookie.
Yeah, that's it. Oh dear.

Anyway, all my favourite cars are back (12C GT3 replaced with new model so that's fine), we get a brand new BAC Mono, now just waiting for the Toyota LMP to arrive. Lots of new cars to enjoy as well!

Let me help you a bit. :P

The Toyota GT86 is missing in the Road Car section and one can only wonder where the Rocket Bunny version has gone (seeing as there is no more space in the GT4 section, it has probably become a Road Car as well - seeing as other cars like the Stanceworks 1M are Road Cars, instead of Track Day cars, as well). Also missing from the Road Car segment: Honda 2&4 Concept, Ferrari 288 GTO, Aston Martin DB11, Ferrari Enzo, Lamborghini Aventador. To sum up, 6-7 out of the 9 cars are already known, more or less.
Additionally, I assume the Lamborghini Veneno will be one of the cars to join the other Track Day cars.

Vintage Touring Car: Ferrari 365 GTB
Touring Car: Opel Astra TCR

Let me help you:

Vintage touring car: Aston Martin DBR1, Ferrari 365, Camaro Trans Am and Jaguar E-Type V12 Group 44. There's our 4 missing cars.

GTO: Nissan 280ZX GTX and Ferrari F40 LM (created for the GTO class) and we're done here.

GT1: Toyota TS020 and Ferrari F50 GT (also known as the F50 GT1).

LMP900: Ferrari 333 SP goes there, leaving one slot open.

Vintage Prototype: Ferrari 330 P4 and done.

Road Cars: 9 missing. Let's start adding up: Toyota GT-86, Toyota GT-86 RocketBunny, Aston Martin DB11, Ferrari Enzo, Ferrari LaFerrari, Lamborghini Veneno, Lamborghini Aventador, Ferrari 288 GTO. That's 8 out of 9.

Track Day: Lamborghini Huracan Super-Trofeo, Honda 2by4.

How am I doing?

EDIT: Some corrections made.

How am I doing?
There's a Toyota LMP900 car..

I know this has been debated a lot but I wonder how everyone feels about the GTE's being mixed with new gen regs and old considering how big a performance difference there is, will they BOP the Aston and Vette to 2016 levels? Sorry if this has already been answered.

Aston is my favourite but if I'm racing against 2016 reg cars then I wont get far lol

Since they're both classed as GT3s, what is the difference between the 2016 PORSCHE 911 GT3 R and 2016 PORSCHE 911 GT3 R ENDURANCE? I would have assumed the "Endurance" would have been a GTE.

No Ford Fusion or Caper Monterey are two omissions that bug me. Otherwise, this car list is absolutely fantastic!

Great job guys. Doesn't change the feeling I am gutted not seeing a single Lion in the list. With the that are left, I can almost rule them out at 99% certainty.

The 365 GTB makes the pain a bit more managable but I won't be pre-ordering.

No, the Ferrari F50 GT was created to race in GT1, so that's one spot taken. Then, there are two Toyota TS020s: one from 1998 and one from 1999. One is an LMP, the other is GT1. So there you have both GT1 cars missing.
Thank you, I didn't know both variants were in.

And it's been updated. Just noticed that the Touring Cars are TCR spec but in the same class as the Super 2000 BMW. You know what really grinds my gears...:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Well, I confess to not being the biggest NASCAR fan but where has the Ford Fusion gone? Didn't they say it was coming? If it was there, it should be in it's own class no?

They've probably not announced it yet. The Super Trofeo isn't on this list either and we've known about it longer than I've made this thread.

Well this is interesting list of cars. I wish they would have filled in the TBA slots as we basically know what they are. The ZL1 surprised me...maybe hellcat in a dlc

Wonder what the last group 5 car is
They haven't officially announced Ferrari and Lamborghini which is why we only see 1 car combined from the 2 makes.
Yeah that I know I'm talking about the others though. Quite a few empty slots although a few others have basically figured them out

Endurance version has spotlights in the front bumper. This isn't its designation in reality but they have the basic modifications the real cars have for endurance racing.

Wonder what the last group 5 car is?
The Nissan 280ZX IMSA GTX (Japanese Car Pack DLC) is my guess.

It needs be stated again...this is an amazingly cool car list.
Those Group A cars will be fantastic when you add the Skyline GT-R R32 and Audi V8 DTM to them.

We'll be able to nearly replicate the full late 80s Le Mans/Daytona 24 grid. Same for the late 70s. And the late 90s.

I think that goes into the IMSA GTO class.
It doesn't fit into that class. It is the 1981 280ZX IMSA GTX...think Paul Newman. Kind of has to be a Group 5 given the era.

Besides, the two open TBA's in the GTO Category have already been accounted for... :gtpflag:
