It depends on where you live. In Germany supposedly 1 Hour cause all other DLCs unlocked at midnight.

Yes its Xbox for me. They seem to update at midnight. I'm sure someone from the Pc crowd will post a link as soon as it's available

So now I played it and tbh I can't recommend it. The Tracks are ok, but driving them with anything else but the old cars feels so out of place.

It's well done as a stand alone when you only drive the old cars on the old tracks.

But everything else just doesn't feel right.
I think the pricing is too high too.

It's good, but I'm disappointed we didn't get Spa, Monza, or Solitude. Can anyone enlighten me, are these cars or tracks going to be implemented into career? I can't see any new invitationals or contracts or anything. I'll be very disappointed if there's no career implementation.
