in the description it says in includes 50 additional cars? Would those be the dlc we already have?

Yes, all the DLC and stuff plus all the 10 patches for most likely less than the ltd ed copy people got at pre order.... welcome to the new way of doing things by SMS...oh no wait, hang on...yep, that's right they just copied the Turn 10 business model...

(not saying it right or wrong, but SMS did say right at the start they would do things differently)

Isn't that the usual thing with games?

So the two P's(???) in the car list are for the Pagani's, the M is for the AMG GT3 and the free car is still unknown and so is the track.

Werent we meant to have our last dlc in April? Or was that just me and its March?

There was talk that we may get more than one circuit this month so hopefully the N24 is added as an update and we get another circuit as paid content. I have happily purchased all DLC to date but I won't be paying for the N24 layout as it is not newly content but optimisation of the game engine.

The DLC to date has been great fun and tremendously good value with only the Old vs New Pack cars being a waste of money for me. This will probably be the first pack I don't buy if that is the case and I wouldn't buy it just for the Mercedes-AMG GT3 either.

The 2 'P's in the On Demand list are now Pagani road cars, which for me is hugely disappointing as I have next to no interest in road cars, but presumably great news for those that do and I hope they enjoy them.

The DLC programme for me will go out with a whimper if what we know so far is the March content.

Regardless, I have more than enough DLC to keep me going with PCars until PCars2 arrives.

I'd like to see all DLC in one single package, but looking at the comments on that Twitter post, most likely it won't happen.

I really don't like this GOTY things...
For all the people who have supported the game and buyed all the DLC the "GOTY content" should be free for them like a gift to us... :banghead:🤬
Let's wait and see how the Paganis and 24H Nurb will be provided to existing copies.

I have no problem with GOTY edition. I got what I paid for... opportunity to play pCARS for past 10 months.

you long are you guys playing videogames???

everybody knows thats how the cookie crumbles !!

anyway,... HELL YEAH 24H layout, here we come

are you guys stupid or is this your first game??

for almost every game with dlc there are ultimate editions or complete editions,... walk into a gamestore and check it out

what the hell do you think this edition will be ??? barebones,, exluding mercedes and aston ??

I don't know if something is being lost in translation on your behalf or what, but the attitude and tone needs to be changed. Fast.

Ok so if you go onto the on demand page this is the pack we are getting this month. Tbh this pack should be free. A slightly different version of a track we already got and two cars that's slightly modified from the one we got in the game already im guessing.... I mean yea i like 24hr nurb but damn it should be free. So this was the real track they was talking about.

I'm trying to understand this:

Wouldn't making all the GOTY edition available to existing copies of Project Cars translate into having a single package with all DLCs available?

I took the earlier comment to mean the new additions to the GOTY edition would be available to players (the 'Ring + Paganis). Not all of it as one big ball of DLC.

Still, considering they plotted out this entire year's worth of DLC, it is a little unfortunate they didn't offer a season pass.

According to Ian Bell they're planning on doing a season pass when the game was released but Bandai Namco blocked them from doing so, and Ian said that he later realized Bandai Namco blocking the season pass was a good idea because the DLC content changed along the way.
I remember the original season pass leak mentioned Macau, Red Bull, ovals, none of that stuff made into the game.

Yeah

I'm not buying a game I already own just for 1extra car and track.

I used to think that way. But im old school unfortunately thats the way it is now buddy. We pay for a console then an exrta controller or a wheel. Then extra for a game, DLC's too of course. Then broadband to play our paid for games on console on the paid for broadband. Stinks but hey. As i said that is the way it is. When I bought my first CPU back in the good ol 80s. I got briefcase full of games and wait for it....A joystick with one button. as a package. One purchase deal. All you need for donkey kong and pacman. :lol:Wait........ You havnt heard of:banghead:

Spectrum was cool but so are what we have today. Different kind of cool but those that remember the commadore, amstrad, spectrum, Atari know what i mean right?...................... Anyone? Ahhhh come on?????? :)

A season pass doesn't preclude changes from happening with the DLC.

My first PC (if you could call it that) was a ZX Spectrum.
Anyone remember the days of typing in game code from a magazine and saving on a tape?
Then run the game and it doesn't work because you made 1 typo! :banghead:

Yes but as i DID say in my post, SMS at the very start were talking up being something of a different type of developer, you know separate from the big bad EA and Turn 10.... That is all, they said it not me.
