Why no love for ovals:(

It's an american only kink. Here in europe we always had circuits designed around the nature and place like Nurb, imola, mugello, spa, ecc ecc.

Those historical tracks are what 98% of people not from the states crave for... No oval will ever give me as much as a good racing or hotlapping feeling as, for example, portimao.

It's a matter of tastes i guess. People in the USA wants Nascar and oval people in europe mostly thing it's just time and resources wasted or sent the wrong direction.

For sure i think an oval DLC won't sell much here :D

I don't mind having oval tracks as long as the road courses are included as well.

Yea I enjoy Daytona road course. Speaking of Daytona I hope it's the repaved version. It should be. I remember when GT6 was about to launch and I thought PD was going to add in the new one but didn't. They kept the bumpy Daytona. But that's PD though. I'm pretty sure SMS will.

Now you speak of one track that would be a exception..... Daytona , that's the only one I would drive on because there is also a part where there is a road course in it .

I would think the UK would have a bunch of small town local oval tracks . Thats were racers learn to race , they knock the glass out of their crappy street car and line up next their buddies .

Closest we have to a Nascar style track here in the UK is Rockingham.

In fact there use to be the "Ascar" series which is like a British version of Nascar that use to race there, aswell as they do the Richard Petty driving experiences.

Either way it would be a great little track to add to Project Cars.

An oval would also be a good place to test aero, gearing, etc. I don't much need/care for the ovals but the added infield tracks (namely Daytona) would be excellent additions. Talk about a car set-up nightmare. Oval speed...or handling on the infield? Pick one.

If they have a Renault license then wouldn't that also include Nissan (GT-R GT3 :))? Seeing as they are the same company. Then again, I don't think I've seen any racing spec Nissans in anything other than GT.

I just want the Ferrari GT3 cars but I know that's not going to happen.
Renault and Nissan are different IPs so that wouldn't work.

In that case you could get the Fiat licence and access the entire FCA catalogue. It would be great if it was though!

Ruapuna DLC is available in the Chinese PS Store (around US$5), hopefully it will be available in all regions next week.
Only $5 for a track with several layouts and cars??? I must be dreaming!

people that own a xbox one can play the ruapana tracks in time attack,.... without having the dlc,...
can not confirm if this is possible on ps4,... will check it tonight...
