I thought it was a bit early for the season pass to be honest, Originally I thought the most likely thing to happen was that the season pass would release alongside the first "Racing Icons" DLC on 5/6/15.

As nice as that would be I very much doubt it. One would guess they need to make money from the DLCs to continue further development of the game.

This is not true. Most will be paid dlc.

Simbin did GT Legends on pc. Several former Simbin employees are in SMS studio. So a GT Legends car and track pack was put out for Shift 2

And very good it was too. I don't think there's any reason they couldn't do that pack for pCARS. Licencing issues aside of course

Depends on your personal taste I suppose. I like driving the "stuck like glue" GT3's and LMP's as much as the next person but nothing will beat the character and feel of older cars.

I only got the standard edition for ps4, because lmited edition was sold out, and wanted a hard copy so didn't go for digital. Do SMS plan on releasing the limited edition and pre order cars as a DLC pack? At the moment,no. But we are pretty sure it will come out in the near future as its out on XBO and PS4 in the U.S.

Sure was, although somewhat wasted on Shift 2's wonky handling. In pCARS though it'd finally shine

I'm sure most of the extra money you could have payed was to but the steel case and the book that comes with it. It will probably be around £2

Ah yes, I forgot about the case and book 👍 I was a little miffed with GAME because when I pre-ordered the std edition the guy behind the counter told I'd get some bonus content for pre-ordering

Rouen and the real Hockenheim would be a fantastic addition to an already excellent set of tracks in PCARS.

Yes, you should. The pre-order cars are meant to be available for everybody that preordered, no matter whether LE, digital or standard edition.

You my freiend have been fed some BS. I got my game for Amazon with the modified car pack.

From my understanding it was a pre order insensitive and you should have received it no matter who you brought it from.

I would agree, although on a slightly dfferent tone.. we're the people that bought the game day one for full retail price, and as a result we have to deal with quite a lot of bugs. Now apparently (I just found out) they have allready made 5 cars that were taken out from my game, because they decided these had to be preorder incentives. I feel a lttle scammed on that one, just give me those cars for buying the game so soon..

@RacerPaul I have to agree with all above, my old man pre-ordered the standard edition from Granger Games and we got modified car DLC code on the receipt.
