(yeah, I know, you might not even want or expect an answer... )

Wow. I envy those who became WMD early on but not for those who knew about and did not get in from the start. 4 years of waiting will be tough gig. I only found out PCars early 2014 and ever since that feeling of constantly waiting for more updates on the game had taken a massive toll on my SIM life…
I gotta support a band from Chicago 👍
I like them too! But fob has some good songs, especially their older stuff. Now back on topic!Chevelle more than fallout boy then. Sorry off topic
Another one here who read the legendary thread on NoGrip (I was there to read about of S2U) and just had to be in on itCan I ask the wmd members that are on here how did you hear about this project when it first got started? Because if the do a pcars 2 in the same way I would definitely want to be in it from the beginning
Just imagine how us WMD members feel about how it has impacted our lives. Every single day we check the latest build notes, depending on membership and circumstance we would wait for that new build to appear, we check every discussion and topic we find interest in. Not to mention that we give suggestions, bug reports, test reports and all that stuff non-stop almost every single day.
At least that's how the lives of many of us heavily active members looked like. By heavily active I mean that you're probably in the first 5 to 10 pages of the membership list when you sort by reputation (i.e. the amount of likes). Which is a list of 2891 pages long and 30 members per page, with a total of 86724 forum users including developers and mods, etc. (N.B. not all have a toolpack!)
I'm on page 4 of that list in between the devs, so I think I've participated enough. Like many other WMD members active here at GTP as well. So to me it feels like I will be letting my baby go, sort of, when the game will launch in April. In fact I fear there might be a huge gap opening up in my life from that day forward, even though the WMD forum stays open for us after release to continue to give feedback and pass on feedback from other sources.
That said I'm very excited and look forward to read everyone's comments after you've played it when you've got it. I just hope it's good enough to satisfy the majority of you guys, and I hope I haven't been giving wrong impressions with the things I've said. Especially the things that got you guys hyped.
Oh well... the game's soon of to the printer I reckon. Which means I can only hope for the best and say to myself... Que sera, sera... Whatever will be, will be.

The brilliant thing about WMD is we can contribute in different ways. From creating apps to liveries and answering questions on other forums. Ultimately we all want this to succeed. The excitement must be at least as high as that of the non-WMD members...
Your hard work is already not going unnoticed, be assured of that!
Here's one virtual round for all active WMD members, on me:
I think I got wind of it here on GTP first if I recall correctly. I bought a toolpack (25 euros) initially on October 12th, 2011. Later upgraded it to Senior (100 euro in total). For me WMD has been an on/off thing, there have been times I hardly participated at all, though lately I've been doing quite some testing and tinkering.
Just saw some pleasant internal news. Not really exciting though, so let's see if there is something public coming in today.
Nonetheless it will satisfy a lot of people who had the fear of not getting this.
Being this side of the wall sucks.
